Disney Alaska cruise whale watching August 30 2012

In Juneau, Alaska, during our excursion during our Disney Wonder cruise, a pod of humpback whales breached right next to our tour boat. This moment took my breath away! The tour guides said this was almost unheard of to see this many whales breach so close to the boat.

Thats so awesome!! What was the weather like? I'm going on a cruise Aug 29th, I preferred Jun/July but it was way too expensive.. So i'm hoping the weather wont be too cold.
