- Taped 333-feet below ground within Tennessee’s majestic Cumberland Caverns, this 12-part “musical adventure” series features both well-established and top emerging artists within the broad spectrum of Bluegrass, Jamgrass, Roots-Rock, Neo-Folk and Americana genres.
One of the finest vocal trios in Bluegrass and Trad-Country ever to call the state of Louisiana home, Suzanne, Evelyn and Sidney Cox returned to the national music scene a few months ago with their first album in almost 20 years, the critically-acclaimed Gone Like the Cotton. Mentored by Alison Kraus, the Grammy-winning Cox Family’s refined-yet-broad appeal has earned such diverse career milestones as opening tours for Counting Crows and contributing several songs to the GRAMMY and Oscar-winning O Brother, Where Art Thou? film/soundtrack, the best-selling roots music album of all time.
Check out other Bluegrass Underground (PBS) Season Six artists including Dave Rawlings Machine, The Suffers, Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Mac McAnally, JJ Grey & Mofro, The Lone Bellow, Drivin’ and Cryin’, Sierra Hull, St. Paul & the Broken Bones, and Jason & The Scorchers.
My dear Daddy owned this song . He passed away a few years back. The Cox family done an awesome job with it ..
Great rendition. Rev Cleavant Derricks, the black preacher of the gospel must be shouting in heaven. He wrote this and "Just a Little Talk With Jesus" as well as "We'll Soon Be Done"(with troubles and trials). No white or black heaven, just heaven.
HALLELUJAH, AMEN 🙏
I hope these amazing artists never stop performing. Love their heartlifting music. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Great group and an inspiration for my playing..Luv it!!
Lindo!
Turns out playing an instrument 8 hours a day isn't exercise. Except for the ears. Nice tune.
