Ac/Dc wrote a brilliant rock n roll song and seems Brian Setzer loved it. Well done!
This man can give Angus a run for his money. Exceptional guitarist, just like Angus. Fantastic cover of a fantastic song 🎵
Much respect 🙏 👏
Brian's a genius! Somewhere...... Angus is giving Brian a standing ovation.
The drummer alone is worth the Price of Admission; channeling Buddy Rich!
This is really good. The original with Bon Scott is a very tough act to follow, but this nails it! It helps that Phil Rudd gives a bit of "swing" to the original, and this takes it to the next level. As a lifelong fan of Bon Scott and the 'DC, this is great.
I've seen Setzer a couple times here in Austin with the Christmas Special Tour. I can tell you this: Brian Setzer is one of the best guitar players on the planet in his idiom. And he truly loves to play. Fast and clean baby~!!! (Plus he wears cool shoes...)
Always cool❤
Amen!!!
Saw video of Setzer playing with Jeff Beck. WOW. 2 talented pickers.
I absolutely love this ,WOOOOOH.
Any idiom
ac-dc brian setzer, the same roots just good rock n roll i like it.
The horns section is dangerous! The guitar solo is an homage to Angus! I like that tune
i don't normally like cover songs of ac/dc but hell this is feckin awesome
arthur morrison My thoughts exactly.
The Hard-Ons and Henry Rollins did a pretty good cover of this song

@@carlmarks8170 LOL ... I PLAYED IT TODAY IN THE CAR .... FORGOT I EVEN STILL HAD IT !!! BUT THEN AGAIN .... I HAVE ABOUT 37 VERSIONS. KEEP ROCKIN BRO !! 🤘🎸🎵🔊
Wow...this song really works well in this arrangement!
Brian obviously liked the original and the lyrics of course!
ANGUS would be proud !!
RIP Malcolm Young
J'adore ce mec, il nous donne un plaisir musical dément...et c'est très très fort........merci d'exister Brian toi, et tes musiciens...
saw this "orchestra" a few years back-one of the best ever!
It took 17 people to play Malcolm and Cliff's parts, but they pulled it off... well done Brian.
This is criminally very good.😎
Now Angus, make my day, play a rockin Setzer song!!
Angus version of Rock this Town would be awesome.
Rock this town ACDC style
Genial!! Suena genial!
Let there be Swing. When Angus and Malcolm Young went the cross roads; in order to get a deal with the devil, he ask them to come out with a song to seal the deal... Let there be rock!! No matter what band will ever play this song, the audience will always be pleased. Guaranteed!!
LUV The way you think MiCaCaTuCaCa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
xxx
Not trying to ramble on... However Brian Setzer is an absolute genius. Anyone who misunderstands his approach to music is either not a musician... Or a complete moron. An absolute beast on the strings. And a fun energetic version of an extremely strong iconic Rock classic. Thank you Brian and your Orchestra. Every one of your musicians is top-notch every one of your people are right on time trust me I am a musician. I will never be as good as you or anyone in your Orchestra but that was an extremely fun ride
Couldn't have said it better my friend Brian is a certified badass!!
He was just pigeon hold in the 80
MTV did not help
RIGHT ON BRIAN,!! This was perfectly AWESOME!!!!
Let there be Brian Setzer - and there was Brian Setzer - Let There Be Rock! ❤️💋🍎🎼
LOVE THIS BAND THEY MAKE ME WANT TO GET UP AND DANCE, DANCE, DANCE....
I love rock-'n'-roll in all its forms and have been a lifelong fan of both AC⚡DC and Seltzer/Stray Cats. Saying that I am always wary of cover versions of songs l really like as they are often either poor imitations and no where near the mark. This however is fantastic, it's not trying to be anything other than its own thing, swinging it's way through to a great solo from Seltzer at the end. It doesn't miss a beat as it portrays a wonderfully different genre that leaves no real comparison to the original. Of course some will not like it, but to me it exists as its own entity and therefore I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Has a rumble in brighton and switchblade fell to it! Good stuff.
I'm an Ac/Dc fan for soo loong, but I was blind and now i see :D
You done good! From Us Fest 83' to anywhere anytime rock and roll bad ass.
Brian keepin' it alive!
That was Badass! Thanks for sharing this one...
Never thought I'd ever see this. Saw the Foo Fighters version and felt that it was lacking. Now this? I know Brian is an amazing musician and is my second musical influence as a guitarist. My first and main? Angus Young of AC/DC.
I think it's cool he did it regardless :)
Setzer is just as great as Angus, but both different styles in the same playfield.
@@Newwaver2007 Oh of course. I loved this version by far as far as covers go.
Hard to get better than an ACDC original. Brian made this his own while honoring spirit.
@@ratso1963mikel Agreed. This is my favorite cover. Even better that Angus and Brian arey two biggest influences in playing.
As a Aussie, Bon would have been there doing back ups 🤘✌️ Great progresson 🇦🇺
До чего же они охренительно играют здоровенной бандой да ещё столь разнообразно и зрелищно!
Real and such a good cover
What a sound ! Fantastic !!!
Beyond brilliant!
I liked this Guy from the Stray Cats Days. He ROCKS!!
Outstanding.
O man I like this one
I got goose bumps.
Bon would be proud of this version
INCREDIBLE!!
Brian Setzer un grand guitariste avec son grand talent énorme qui vit à fond le rock n' roll comme eddie Cochran
d'accord
Brilliant.
Great arrangement!
Amazing!
Tout bonnement excellent !!
OBVIAMENTE LA MEJOR CANCION DE AC/DC LA MEJOR!
Really great. Superbe reprise mais bon je ne suis pas étonné . quel talent Brian Setzer que j'avais découvert avec les Stray Cats.
Let there be Rock; a real ‘classic’. Beautiful solo. Although the rough 2 guitar/1 bas/1 drum version of the original IS THE B.B.BEST
wow, let there be rock indeed.
Fun! Nice one!
This kinda reminds me of a Tenacious D song😂
Love love love Brian Setzer!!!
Brians play time.Good fun.
This was awesome!!
He's the man
Great share! Thank you.
great.
DIFFERENT GOOD !!!
He knows how to make the guitar sing even in his stray cat days I could listen to it all day
Interesting cover -got to see it live this week.
Брайан великолепен. Кажется, он может сделать рок-н-ролл из чего угодно.
He needs to record this!
its out on vinyl now
there is a Recordstore-Day release in ltd. blue 12""

Despite coming from the same Scottish town as Bon Scott I've never been an AC/DC fan but this is awesome.
Satisfaction guarantee !
Gran version!!!
Great version.. I wonder if Angus has seen this..
Hey man... errr... Angus Setzer?? ... errr ... Brian Young?? ... anyway, ... I luvit!! Now Angus, make my day, play a rockin Setzer song!!
Rock this Town ACDC style
La patte de setzer. Un régal...
MUST. HAVE. THAT. SHIRT!!!
It looks like this may have been early enough for that to be Bernie Dressel on drums. He’s a friggin’ killer.
great cover! Brian puts on an awesome show!
shanascalamity
I gonna say something controversial. I love metal I am a metal head, But I move in all genres mainly grunge. I love AC/DC and I gonna say something that will make alot of people angry. This cover was for me better than the original.
Great jam!
Best From Late Night With Johnny P Show!
what a cover
I WANT TO BUY THIS SHOW ON BLU-RAY...AWESOME!!!!
We just miss Malcolm on stage digging on his Gretsch, somewhere back on the left of the stage.
genial
GREAT. TU....
nothing like Setzer
Actor Ron Perlman on trombone @ 4:33.
One night on a club called The Shakey Hand
I prefer this version
Bon Scott would be pleased...
Gonna be a guitarist singer ! ;-))
Top 10 beat guitar players.

Let there be....SWING!!!!
🌟🌟🌟❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏👏

Ficou muito nutella essa versao
Somewhere Angus is smiling. As are Bon and Malcolm.
How about showing the trumpets when they play, or ever for that matter.
Eat it Angus!!!
Here's an interesting comparison:

I love Brian Setzer, and ACDC, but this just doesn't do for me. Brian has the chops, but damn.
Its very sad, the guy (Angus) who we loved killed our favorite band.
"the white man had the country"???????
As in country music...
I know,no smaltz hey?
He changed it cause...Rockabilly...
criminal
Да ну - очень всё громоздко и уже давно не смешно всё это. Зафига столько дудок - бардак от них только, а конкретики маловато. Да и голос у бедолаги подсел изрядно. Ну а запилил-то в общем неплохо - чисто на гитарочке если.
