Felt sick just reading the title! I hit a tree on my dirt bike. Doctor said it was 1 in a million the angle I hit it, I bent rather than broken my collarbone.
9 months later I was back on my bike, had set up a successful business and had some amazing trips on morphine 🤣.

Helicopters are my passion and have been since my twenties. I used to fly in the Aérospatiale SA 365 Dauphin 2, among other smaller helicopters. I hope you heal quickly and completely! I sucks being down when you are used to being active. I broke my back while still in the midst of my career as a fire fighter. Try and take it easy so you don’t have to have the surgery. 🙏🏻💪🏻🏂🚁

A few years ago I broke my collarbone, albeit in a more embarrassing fashion. I went to the hospital, they took X-Rays, and they told me it was broken. They put it in a sling, they gave me some pain meds and sent me on my way. So I believe I understand what you're going through. It wasn't easy, but after a while it was all healed up. I believe you'll be healed up too. Don't lose your positivity. You're strong and I know this won't stop you. Make sure you get well soon. We're rooting for you.
Damn hun that's crazy. Hope you get better quick. This kinda reminds me of Joe Rogan podcast where he was talking about an injury he had to his shoulder (I think it was the rotator cuff or something), anyway, he got some stem cell injections from a, Dr. McGee(?) (don't quote me on that cause it's been a while) in Vegas, and apparently, all his scar tissue disappeared. Hopefully, you get better and don't need any surgery but if you're not quite 100%, that may be something to look into.
That sucks, that was such an awesome epic plan.. But stuff happens but everything works to the good for those that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose.. Hope you get to complete this mission next time it's a great idea!

Did you take a different helicopter back? It looks different inside than the one that you flew to go the mountain.
Broken collarbone is beyond painful. I broke mine playing soccer in HS and it was bad.
