Dave is one of the most under appreciated guitarists/lead singers ever. Long live Black Tiger!!
In the same category as Mr. St. Holmes🤘
Y&T, the band you go see live, they play 24 songs and you leave and think of 10 more that they could of played. SO good!!
The same happened at every DIO gig >> the guys played for 2 hours and when the lights went down and the band took off stage you always thought "What? That's it?? Where's the time gone???" It never gets boring when the songs are timeless and the band knows how to entertain. That's why I love Rock 'n Roll, that's why I love Metal, that's why I love Y&T!! 🤘
I have seen Y&T more than any other band out there. And they just keep sounding better, and better each time. Dave Meniketti is so amazing. And Y&T ROCKS...
声、変わってないなぁ。
あのときのまま。
デイブ・メニケッティは人間国宝ですね。また日本に来てほしい。
We look forward to a return to your country!❤🇯🇵
Saw this band live back in the 1980's , they were fantastic . Still great .
Im ready for Y&T to come back to Austin.
この映像を届けてくれてありがとう!Y&T最高です!
Y&T never really got the respect they deserve. So many great tunes and amazing musicianship.
Wow Dave still sings great.
This band is KILLER! The best lineup of Y&T since the original. I saw these guy's twice on the MEANSTREAK tour..one of the shows was in a f'in club. I sat on Dave's stage monitor and literally got my face melted! Phil Kennemore & Leonard Haze would be proud...🤘🤘
do you know the definition of literally?
@josephlalock8378 yes...I have nothing but skull left! Poor plastic surgeon, he's still in shock..literally...
Whats he 70? What a rocker he still is
30 year theatrical/arena stagehand/rigger here: Y&T is #1 on my "MUST see again", list. Seriously,.. don't miss this show.
この声! 歌い回し。さすがはロニーディオがスターズにボーカリストとして選んだ才能‼️
Y&Tは素晴らしいライブバンド!。
If you listen closely, you can hear the crowd harmonizing with the intro and ending guitar riff
Such an under rated band. Quite superb.
Your bass playing was impressive on every song. And the style in which you play so hard warms the souls of Japanese people.
Kojiro...thank you for the beautiful words...I look forward to returning to Japan soon!!❤🤘
This is How You "COMEBACK"!!! Y&T Sound Phenomenal in 2024! Ace Tek
Amazing , Dave Meniketti is the man .
Dave最高 Foreverもやってえ
Became a fan since 'Mean Streak' was played as a background song in a german ZDF tv school series in the 80th. Still own the first 7 vinyl records as an important part of my vinyl treasure! Y&T style is remarkable unique and catchy, totally underrated !!!
Ahhhh ole yesterday &Today!
Some time ago i was visiting Peter Diezel and he told me i should have come a day before because Dave Meniketti was at his shop. Damn, Dave Meniketti is brilliant !
懐かしすぎます!哀愁ロックの神髄。涙がでました。送信されたかたに感謝します。
まだ、現役だったことにも驚愕しました。
60~70歳だよね?すごい。
Dave is the man.
First Y&T album I heard was Mean Streak. Always loved this song. Dave and the guys sound great.
Same here. I wore that cassette out and loved every song on it! In those days, you had to dig to discover a lot of the music. I went back from there and checked out all their earlier releases. After the 100's of concerts I've been too, I still have yet to see Y&T. It seemed like they didn't hit Detroit as much as a lot of other acts at the time or I just missed them.
@@leftygtrplr6184 Pretty much the same as me based here in Chicago.
ありがとう😊
Thank you for sharing video.
The show was awesome.
I was there in front of you.
I ,oops, we had a great time.
And I'm grateful to all of Y&T family.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Bravo, you guys sound better than ever!
Sounds Fantastic!
My first concert way back in the 80s, saw them many times since. Dave is a genuine master. They still sound absolutely amazing.
Amazing footage!! Thanks for posting!! Y&T are rocking like it's still the 80's!! 🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
I was there, and it felt so good singing along all the way - from the intro, of course! Thanks for sharing!
Incredibly beautiful! Thank you for sharing with us!
Thank you, Aaron!
Great!!!! See you in Zwolle 13 okt.
I've heard a lot of bands over the decades but never this one. A Wiki search of their best songs didn't register at all with me. I never heard them on the radio in their heyday. Wow. A real sleeper.
Excellent
ここんとこずぅ~っと川崎だけやけど…関西も来てほしいなぁ~…
WOW
I was there. Thanks for posting.🤘
Thanks for posting Aaron! A lot of the 'kids' I am friends with went to the show. Y&T (Dave) is really loved by many of the young guitarists in Tokyo. 😊👍
That's so awesome! Reminds me of when I was a kid...my friends and I were in awe of Y&T when I was growing up! It's how we learned how to play our instruments!
Wa- fucking- WOW...AMAZING DAVE STILL HAS IT!!
Dave's voice sounds even better all these years later!!!
変わらないねー。年を取ることを忘れてしまったかのように若々しい。
👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯✨️✨️✨️✨️
I got the pic you threw on 21th Jan. Thanks! 🇯🇵
Thank you for attending the show!🤘
The description field is now 20/1/24. In the subscription of this video shows 21/1/24.
21/1/24 is probably correct because I was there. 😁
One of my favorite songs
Don't know how they recorded this, but it sounds REALLY good. Like they're running it through the sound board. Thank you for whomever did that. This sounds killer.
The audio is from the board mix, tucked right in with the camera audio. The video got cleaned up as well. Not bad!🤘
@@AaronLeigh Thank you for doing that, brother. The number of videos with terrible sound on YT is an all-out epidemic. You're a God-send!
You guys sounds great! Thanks for the post.
Great drumer
So good to see y+t after more the 30 years. I have all albums, i am from switzerland, and i was over 30 years musicsaler. I think from 100 people knows only 5 the group, that's sad and i have to crie, because the new generation hear only trash.
turning back the clock :)
Amazing ! See in France at the end of the year
cool!
Dave and the band sound great. Please come back to Florida for a show! It’s been way too long
Grande band ❤
Damn, Dave sounds amazing!!! Dynamic performance the new band is killer!!!
most excellent!!
Thank you very much for sharing this! I was there!!!😄Super amazing!!!👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Sounds better than it did way,way back on the radio on the BBC Rock Hour where I first heard it. You always remember your first.
Wow, Dave w/o the Les Paul. Don't think I've seen him w/o it.
Thanks Aaron 🤘
デイブさん、良い歌声だなぁ〜(´;ω;`)
最高です!
One of my all time favorite bands!!
awesome!!
Wonderful live recording of these legends. Love it. Thank you for posting this.
Can't wait to see you guys again in Cardiff, UK at the Tramshed later this year. I hate to wish my days away but it can't some soon enough 🤘🤘. Stay fit, keep healthy ... see you there 🙂
Sounds great 🤘 ooh the memories come flooding back.
Awesome. Man I hope circumstances allow for y'all to tour around the US and pass through Texas again. The only concert I caught in 2020 was Y&T in Dallas February of that year before things fell apart. Great show as usual.
Tremendous
You guys sound tight as ever, Aaron! Saw you with the band in Largo, Fl and Marietta, Ga about seven or eight years ago. Five times in four states and I need more!
🤘😎🤘
Always amazing. I was at Tracy, CA this month, going to Rocklin, CA in April, and already have tickets to Petaluma, CA in Aug. Never gets old. Hey Aaron, if you guys ever need a backup drummer for any unforeseen reason, I know the show and every song for years now! Thanks for the video.
Americans find everything “amazing”.
Not quite everything. Not comments worried about what word someone uses.
Love tightness of a band that only continuity creates. Also, for a board mix it mighta used a bit more bass to fill it in, ha ha.
Yeah, agreed..."A little more bass", says the bass player😂
Still a great voice
Sounding Killer👍 Hey Aaron have you talked to Ortiz lately
Over text a few months ago.
But Dave still sounds great😊
The way the singer stands with the scarf drapping around his neck he reminds me of Adrian Smith from Iron Maiden and ues i know the hair is way different. Just saying from a distance there are some similarly
イエスあんどトゥモロー
And not one amp modeler on stage! Amps/Cabs 4 life
My favorite band after DIO. Dave would sound much better with his iconic Les Paul.
Leonard Haze had a much better feel. Leonard played just behind the beat giving it a loose feel - this guy is rushing, Sean McNabb on bass. Sean is the "new Rudy Sarzo" - the guy you call if you need a bassist for your tour.
I can safely say, that's not Sean McNabb on bass🤘
川崎って東京じゃ無いよ。
Kin hell, the guitars are out of tune to each other, painful
THANK YOU I LOVE THAT SONG BRINGS BACK A LIFETIME AGO😢😊NOW
