Dave is still the consumate pro. We're talkin 65 years old. Still just an amazing singer, and showman. Y&T is one of the classic road-tested, true rock and roll bands. I just love Dave, he's such a cool guy, incredible singer songwriter and guitar player.
He really hasn't changed over the years in respect to how much he loves music, performing for his fans, without all the unnecessary whatchamacallits..
Just straight-up rock and roll! thanks for not being a dying breed. Keep rocking, God loves you Dave. The rest of the band is so solid. They do Leonard, Joey and Phil proud! RIP!
Big fan and friend of Dave from way back. Got to tour with these guys in the 80s, with Twisted Sister, it was a lot of fun. God bless you.. Y&T.
Dave is a total Bad Ass guitarist, I wish I had his tone,

I was there😀 Saw them there before in '03, when i didn't already know them. I was immpressed, they really rocked my head off! Here in '06 was my 2nd Y&T concert and since then i'm a huge fan of their great music.

I notice the (left stage guitarist) guitar (les paul copy?) has a rhythm/lead switch. Stuck on rhythm. Same as me!
I play guitar and my les paul NEVER leaves the rhythm switch. It's warm and beautiful - I want nothing more! If I want a lead on it, I click my overdrive pedal with a little boost.
Any other lespaul users out there have a different opinion?

I have been a professional stagehand/rigger for 30 years,. Y&T is #1 on my list of Shows to see. After being a fan for life since the early 80's, I finally got to see them live in 2015. I have never been effected by a musician quite like what Dave Meniketti did to me. It is as he wrote, sang and played the soundtrack of my life,. I sang every lyric and then walked off into the the night in awe of what I just felt This man is "MUST see" and "Do NOT miss" status. Thank you for your time.

Ive seen them five times in four states since 2009. Best live shows I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to my share. No pre-recorded vocal tracks, no frills, no BS. Dave is a force of nature, no doubt about it.

Played this song in a metal band in NZ back in 87, Great song to play, Y&T rocked, Still do, The whole band just rule, great guitar sound, drummers amazing, bass is solid, and the vocals,still kick ass. Who cares if they not young anymore,im not,and dont give a shit, True rockers.

Truly the most underrated band in rock history! Should have been much bigger than they were. Dave without a doubt has one of the greatest voices rock has known! Sammy Hagar in his prime and Dave Meniketti, two of the top five voices in rock in my book.

@@@johnnyblaze3096 Dave Meniketti had already recorded two albums, with Y&T (in 1976 & 1978), when Steve Harris recorded his first album, with Iron Maiden (in 1980). So, I guess that Steve has been infuenced by Dave. Not the either way. Unless I'm wrong.
