Realistic part is really really good. With lavender and bright colors on them looked great & fiery with 3D effect- Australian trees .. wish you kept the darker left a bit less dark. My view..❤

Each stage of each tree looks superb. How do you know when to add and when to stop? I wish I could paint like that - from my imagination….I always have a reference (e.g. a photograph) and end up trying to make it look realistic. I’d love to be able to paint in a more free, impressionistic way. Thank you so much for this video, Riaz

Thank you for your comments, thats very inspiring! Please feel free to use references, i I use references too. My best references are directly from nature! :) And dont worry about getting too close to realistic painting, keep painting, abstraction will come with experiences. The more you paint, the more you will be able to draw simple things from imagination. Happy painting!
