I waited 50 years to get my 4003 in mapleglo. Such a different bass and a great looker

Mines from the 80s but I noticed it's started some checking or splits in the finish hmm still sounds and plays great!

Mines a 77 Mapleglow. I’m on my 3rd at the moment. I don’t use it often anymore it has no crazing on the lacquer and is pretty much mint at the front it just has wear at the back by the top horn. Live I use a Fender boxer 2nd edition in Torino red pretty much all the time’ lovely basses.The Ric is great but they are expensive 😮 I can see you enjoyed doing this video. Cheers 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
