Hello, broundary group working, patching via SCCM worked the last 2 months, but now the new December patches are shown as required only on 1 server and all other 500 are in unknown state. When creating the deployment and checking from server side with Configuration Manager -> Software Scan Update Syscle -> Scan now -> the patches appear in the Software Center. My question: is there any way to force SCCM or WSUS to check if the patches are required for servers in the environment?
please check the logs in client side if the client is getting correct boundary group, MP and can communicate with WSUS. Lastly you need to check if client sends back its status message back to primary site via mp.
make sure you have included the MP in your boundary group and check on client side that logs shows it got correct boundary group and communicating with MP then run scan and see if its communicating with WSUS.

What do you do if your boundary group is correct and you still have issues with Software Updates showing as either Unknown or Not Required?
