Brilliant work, thoroughly entertaining and you even managed to add a couple of games to my wish list! This is why being a Patron is completely worth it. I'll await the new bank details for Party Lemmings HQ.
It's always nice to hear when an episode can introduce someone to new games. I hope you enjoy the new ones you added to your wish list! Thanks for watching, commenting, and supporting the channel. We appreciate it! :D -Chaz
Love the Bottle Imp! Was lucky enough to pick it up in a UK shop 6 months ago. I hope it gets reprinted- would have thought it would do what with the popularity of trick taking games at the moment. Thanks for the chuckles on this video :)
You're welcome. And thanks for watching and sharing a comment with us. I hope you've been enjoying The Bottle Imp. We had a blast playing it together last month. :) -Chaz
What a great fun episode with so many games. The party lemmings is a shell company for Asmodee.😂😂😂 Aquire everyone and everything. nooooo….. Stay true watch it played team!! Keep up the great work.
Party Lemmings is one thing, but I'm with Rodney on this one: you don't want to mess with Riot Squirrels 😳🐿 Terrific selection of games! Your lemming overlords should be pleased😁
Did I click on the banner add to see if there was a hidden link? Maybe… was I more intrigued by the concept of Condensed Racoon soup? Also maybe… But I also want to know where Paula looked after the sceptic tank…
I am so interested in several of these games. Really cool how each month varies. This month there seemed to be a lot of card games. One month it was complex games. Another, easy to play ones. And sometimes it's an eclectic hodgepodge. At my childhood church we called that "potluck" meaning, very tasty and usually with a whole lotta Jello 'n' mayo...but hopefully not in the same dish. ;)
Heyhey! It's always a pleasure to help introduce someone to some new games they may like. I hope you get to play them, and enjoy it when you do. Cheers! -Chaz
@@1Shotice mainly public game nights, which I know a lot of people don't have access to. I've been spoiled that Iowa actually has a great community of gamers. I've had luck finding local RPG groups through Reddit. Might be a good place for board games too.

As a milliner that doesn’t wear a hat I wonder what I’ve been missing out on by not watching more hatted videos. I’ve heard there’s some kind of board game reviewer that wears hats? I’m guessing that must be something for the milliners.

I think Illiterati would be a great solo game. It was too hard in our first game for me to not alpha game my friends to beat the timer. In future, it will be house ruled: no timer at all, but take the difficulty up to the top level. That way there can be more actual collaboration. I think timers are better for competitive games.
I really like this game and had a blast playing it with my family. I’ve been wondering about a timerless set up for players that might need more time to read the letters or with less dexterity to arrange the tiles. I worry that it would work best when all players are nearly equally assertive. I think the time constraint and the sheer volume of information is normally supposed to prevent alpha gaming but that probably depends on the player.
@@JEV03 the timer is what let me to jump in and give suggestions. We used the easiest setting, but would still have lost multiple times had I not jumped in before time expired. I have played tournament Scrabble, which is timed, whereas the other people were more thinking gamers rather than speed gamers.
@@WatchItPlayed I dunno, after watching some old black and white serials I’ve found things don’t usually work out in the end, instead they always work out in first sixty seconds of the next episode.
Soo Sooooo Soooooooooooo funny. True story: I never knew as a kid that lemmings were, well, a real thing. I played that ... 16-bit? computer Lemmings game. But it was always a problem because sometimes you had to blow one guy up to stop the others and I did not want to at all. I'm sure that shocks you. ;) But anyway, yeah, I thought they were like...blue shirted pixelated peoples with green hair until adulthood. XD Computers don't always make you more intelligent, I guess. XD
This whole storyline has been a blast to watch
Thanks so much! Now we just have to figure out what will happen next. 🤔😉

Thanks so much Verena! We appreciate it. :)

Good point about the last place you look. 🤔

Thanks, Henri! We appreciate your comments!😀

"Fiesta Voles" cracked me up, but when Paula kissed the wallet she found in the septic tank I almost choked on my raccoon soup. Good boy, Giuseppe!
I was wondering if anyone would catch that post-septic tank wallet-kiss. I'm glad it didn't go unnoticed. 😉

A cliffhanger! This has got me on tenterhooks! Great episode, guys!
Thanks, Chris! I hope you also enjoy the upcoming episodes. Until then, have fun gaming and cheers! :)

This is such an interesting concept to do a top 10 list. There's a storyline now??? Also props to your editor for all the group call UI.

Fiesta Voles got me 😂
Rodney - send any brewed coffee you don’t wanna drink all the way across the continent to me hehe

No raccoons were harmed in the making of this video, right? ..... RIGHT?
Don't worry: the Raccoon Soup is soup FOR raccoons, not soup OF raccoons. So the raccoons are safe; the Raccoon Soup is made of baby harp seals.

@@WatchItPlayed That is "what the cup" hilarious.
Nah, if you get the right train Manchester to Liverpool only takes 30 minutes. The M62 can be a nightmare getting past Warrington 😊
