You can just use 27th shelter + blue star for example, with a single employee hiding, blue star will at some point kill him for you

Huh that's surprising to me. I know the shelter + blue star tactic worked in geburah, but iirc binah is immune to abno damage, so I'm not sure how that would work. It's been a while though so I could be misremembering.

nah, from what i read in the wiki An Arbiter is immune to abno damage, so you cannot cheese that way unfortunately
