I think it’s important to have a professional regularly examine your hair ad advise you of any issues that they see, but some professionals either don’t have the knowledge or don’t care about the overall health of your hair. Some of them will take your money and give you whatever style you ask for without having an honest conversation about what’s really going on with your hair and making suggestions that will support the future health of your hair. You make me want to book an appointment and take a flight out there so I can sit in your chair.

After washing on Sunday...I left it out on Monday and then Monday night I moisturized and kept some granny plaits in all week. Thing is I started exercising again in the mornings and the sweat dried out my hair. What would you recommend that I can spray in during the week without having to pull out my plaits, but will keep my hair moisturized? 🙏🏽 I have fine hair.
