My original approach was a large battery pack. It was obtrusive and the lock did not lend itself to electrical modification well. This method requires no modification to the lock itself. The locks are just relentless in using power and none of Kwikset's solutions work, mine does. I did this in three locks (two are 1200 miles away) and have been running since October 2023 with no issues.

I am changing the battery 🔋 every month- 4 batteries
