✔️ 1 broccoli
✔️ 180 g (6.35 oz) pasta
✔️ leek
✔️ 1 shallot
✔️ olive oil
✔️ 150 ml (5.3 fl oz) dry white wine
✔️ 2 pinches of paprika flakes
✔️ 100 g (3.5 oz) parmesan
✔️ 3 cloves of garlic
✔️ salt
✔️ bunch of parsley
