This is a great video, but you didn't really explain how to effectively practice Monk Mode with a proper schedule or give an example of what a day from morning to night would look like. It would be nice if you could include that as well.
Saw some comments to change the style/way you present the video. But I saw all the videos in one sit only because the way you present. just keep the way you present. stay as you are . nothing needs to change. it is not about to the point or not about the speed. At the end , it is about what the end user felt and motivates to keep watching
