Thank you for sharing your knowledge...was not able to catch up...i have been doing OMAD One meal a day diet for past 3 years; except on weekends, and it has given lot of benefits, actually we dont have to have 3 meals a day our body does not require that much food...fasting brings external and internal changes ...reverse age..and brings focus and energy. Do a video on processed food if you can...as many people dont know which is what...if you go to lulu or any supermarket and look around only very few percentage of food there is good for body...all packaged and bakery food satisfies only your taste buds not our gut or health...
