Simple Dad here, currently have a Weber that's 12 years old, built like a tank and I leave outside all winter and I am in Canada, it snowed here yesterday. My Weber takes a beating but still works flawlessly,. Give me a 3 burner Weber, with no side burner, with the 9mm stainless steel grates...that's all I'll ever need or want!
Wow, you hit the nail on the head with this video. I've owned at least a half dozen gas grills in my life and I really prefer grilling with gas. As the world has turned upside down and prices are skyrocketing on us consumers, I really appreciate you spending the time to break things down for those of us who have the experience to know what kind of grill we need and want. Weber makes a darn good product, but they really do have too many models to figure out unless you really dive in deep. I just want a grill that is well made and will last and is at least "primarily" made in the USA. I don't need electronics and crap that help me grill because I already know how to grill. I know a lot of people have no clue how to grill food, but I do. Thank you!
Scored the EX 335 last weekend on clearance for $608 normal price was $1479 at my local lowes almost bought two but figured I’d leave the other for someone else to have the lucky find definitely look forward to seeing how much I like it
People who say it is hard to assemble this grill probably did not try to disassemble it and put back to box for return. I spent about 3 hours assembling it ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . Can't say that instructions were bad - they were totally understandable for me, not harder than assembling IKEA bed, but the whole process is just a little time consuming. When I assembled that I connected it to a new U-Haul tank and there was a huge leak in connection between gas tank and grill. I was able not only feel or hear gas leak, but I was literally able to see this leak because it was huge. I closed gas tank immediately and contacted Amazon for help and they offered either refund or 30% discount. I chose refund and then spent another 3 hours disassembling this grill and then figuring out how to put it back, but it was fun, like some sort of puzzle. UPS picked up grill next day right fromy front door. Next thing I went to Lowe's (I also wanted to make some BBQ on Christmas, so did not had time to wait for replacement from Amazon) to find another grill, but smallest they had was exactly the same model as this one. A guy from Lowe's assured me that thing like this happens rarely so I decided to try again - spent another 3 hours to assemble that (so it totals to 9 hours now) and it worked! Tried to cook some chicken - it was delicious. And because I assembled this grill twice it was easier to clean it since I knew which parts are easy to clean.

I bought Weber BBQ for twice the price of ordinary BBQ. The user experience is very ordinary! Grills can't be cleaned soon. Weber after-sales service, very rude and unreasonable, refusing to provide free Grill is a replacement. The new Grills are very expensive! I hope everyone can choose carefully!!!
Not a single one of them is suitable for me. Have a yard? Gravel? Cobblestone? Even a door threshold? If so, forget it. The Genesis II has the two large wheels that enable all terrain movement and use of the grill. These as well as most Napoleons are worthless for the typical suburban home owner.
"This SKU"... "That SKU" bt you don't call out the SKU. 335 or whatever. How are we supposed to follow this logic when you don't identify the SKU you are referring to....?
To many SKU - how dare they let you decide exactly what size burner, colour, lights and smart features you have. They should cut out all features so its easier for the sales rep to remember a few numbers. To hell with the customer that wants lights in their smaller burner grill. You only get lights if you get the most expensive largest one....also can we count how many times this guy complained about features and details. Maybe script the video so it isn't you checking with your sound guy over and over ' does that make sense, did i simplify it, and repeating yourself 10 times. The 15min vid had around 3-4min of actual information. If this was scripted to sound 'casual'....get a new storyboard writer for the videos. "I don't know if you can get a better American BBQ under $1000 dollars - that's a big statement..." Saying you don't know something, is a big statement - scared how big a statement is when you do know something!

Ok, ok we get it, you hate Weber. But can you give a review without an attitude?
sorry
Thanks for watching!
3 minutes in and you are still repeating the same complaints. Nice job.
Your complaining about Weber was very annoying. So you got a thumbs down.
2 1/2 minutes in and there’s been no breakdown, just complaining about having to do the retailers job and keep up with models
Chris wasn’t even listening lmao
haha
WEBER GRILLS SUCK, WORST POS I HAVE EVER BOUGHT, PROBLEMS FROM THE VERY START
Thanks for watching!
