I also love the salt and stone deodorant but i agree that reapplication is key, especially if you work out or live in hot climate so I always carry a mini one in my purse for when I want to reapply :)

Eva, you need to try the Kosas deadorant, its vegan, aluminium-free and comes in fragrance free options. it works so well for me, I never really have to reapply, even when I was in Asia in the summertime (where it's humid af).

Lack of exercice may not be the reason you get sick a lot.. Changed sleep patterns (aka going out and not sleeping enough) is rough for the immune system. You could try to journal the times you get sick/feel you are getting sick and see if there is a correlation. 🙂
