I have two C2 versions. The unsatisfactory features are inadequate drying feature that only dries the rear, and the front wash position that does not extend the wand far enough forward. The great stuff is heated seat, programming to save energy by not keeping the seat heated all the time, and the water pressure. However, the side controls are positioned to be nearly hidden when sitting down on the seat.
Just ordered the C2 from y’all after my Brondell had major issues after 3 years. Once you’ve used a bidet you will NEVER go back to using just toilet paper
S550e: Two lid styles, multiple spray settings for both front and rear (wide and narrow), auto open/close seat, separate remote, tankless water heater, slimmer design, night light. The toilet sprays the bowl when you come near the toilet unlike the c2 where it sprays the bowl only if you sit on it. The spray is also more powerful than the C2, which I’ve tried.
Does the seat shift side to side like the regular Toto seat. Have Toto toilet less that 5 years old. On 2nd seat which is shifting from side to side. Have two older Totos with secure original seats and metal bolts!
The world is plastic unfortunately. For the price of toto products I would think you would get metal bolts and a sittable lid. I'm surprised how cheap the lid feels.
I keep trying to turn off the deodorizer on my new Toto Washlet. Its supposed to beep, but doesn’t. I have tried pressing the stop button on the front of the remote and then hold down the deodorizer button, and doing the same thing on the back of the remote and variations of that. But I still can’t get a beep or turn off the deodorizer. HELP!
Get the K300 if you want the tankless water heater on a budget. I personally use the S550e (yes, it’s very expensive) and haven’t had any issues it throughout the 3 years owning it
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOTO WASHLETS! We enjoyed our Toto Washlet for 2 years and then it stopped working. This was used by two adults in the house with no kids. When we called to get trouble-shooting assistance, we were informed we need to ship the seat to the repair factory which will take 2 weeks. They indicated local repair might be available but then said we didn't meet the criteria for this service. The agent wasn't very friendly until I pointed out he didn't seem to care that I would have a seatless toilet for at least 2 weeks. Not sure why any appliance fails in this short amount of time but save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable option and one where the company cares about customer service.
I've had mine for years with zero problem with the exception of one (accidentally broke the wand while cleaning). I did send it in for service which costed me $175 flat rate. Plus they do include a one year full coverage warranty after any out of warranty repairs. Which model did you have?
Easy to install, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxjA-hDN2m8_mi0Dg0JD8U6QiArozIAc4I and comfortable. No idea what other people were talking about when they said it was difficult to install or uncomfortable.

What's the difference between the C2 and the S550e? Also how do I know what style (elongated or round, D shaped, etc) I need?
Prob just the remote. Lol

I read that the C5 for round toilets was horribly uncomfortable and cramped to use. Any feedback, anyone?

Is the C5 the latest Toto model?

If you confirm the exact model of the washlet (TCF…..) I can help you. Tks
You're supposed to press the deodorizer boost button again to turn it off.
Will this fit nicely on a kohler valiant?
It should fit just fine
I need my b-hole polished! I’m getting this 🤤
Didn't think I would see you while researching what bidet I want 😅

Then who do you recommend because i doubt other brands are any better? Kohler maybe?
I am very pleased with our Toto’s over 10 years of perfect service in two different homes.
