Its local and the CMC both are responsible. In past several years its 1st of its kind. Whatever the official doing is good but wasting the huge amount of food isn't...We protest over roads for farmers, saving foods, donating etc. But when we see ,make such raids first of all ,the officials should make a public tasting randomly so that, the quality of food will be checked automatically.
