Well, obviously you shouldnt try smt like this and just go with the demands (especially if it is just petty theft) THAT being said: a bullet may be faster, but his reaction time probably is not. Would I take that chance? hellll no, but I am not a Krav Maga master. Only with years of training I might consider it, otherwise, have my money

Youre not out of danger just because you gave up your phone and wallet. Youre out of danger when youve fled, they have fled, or theyre incapacitated.
