Yes, excellent point! It irked me so much that she ignored the Queen’s protocol to dress like the black-widow or grim reaper with the Queen & Philip in their Platinum age. Not to mention the against-theme look she wore to Louis’ blue and white christening photoshoot that clashed so much, the color of her clothes were changed with editing!

Meghan's hiking outfit is what it means "to have all the gear and no idea". Instead of wearing a normal casual outfit or workout attire, she wears a costume. You don't need to look like Indiana Jones to do somethin outdoorsy

Why is Megan hiking without Archie on his birthday / birthday weekend? He's just 4 yrs old - and yet has no family to share his special day& time with him ? His Dad away, no aunts, uncles, grandparents or cousins - and mom is away on a photo shoot which could easily be postponed or done at home. Poor little boy 😪. And he's old enough to notice. When our kids were that age, we played up a storm at home with fun things and time together all day/ weekend. What matters is not the money u spend ON kids, but the time u spend WITH them.

Meghan has a blocky, square figure with skinny legs, and simply fails to listen to any suggestions of what might suit her. Her "spouse" has been taking lessons from her, the Dior suit worn at the coronation looked like he'd slept in it

No. They look insane. One of them is grumpy and dumpty with terrible aunt clothes, always (with open mouth) scouting jealously after the Princess of Wales. The other's girlish look with wide frightened eyes and open mouth is not flattering either IMO.
Wonderful selection! Noting what you said about CP Victoria not varying her hairstyle and always wearing it up, I think CP Mette-Marit could also vary more. Of course, in her case, she too often wears it DOWN. That navy, intricately textured ballgown plus the sash and medal plus the tiara and jewels --- well, the hair on her shoulders is too much. An updo, which is always best with a tiara anyway, would have improved the look.
These ladies have the funds to buy just about anything and I can’t believe how far off the mark they are~ they either need stylists or if they already have stylists fire them. It is a shame someone didnt remove the frills of Sophia's dress. I notice the blue theme returned again. Everyone has to look the same now. Agree about the mustard. The coat should have been black with the black top and head band. I really think some of these women change what was layed out for them at the last minute just for a bit of control. In regards to NutMeg, I don't believe she knows the definition, nor has any fashion taste. For some, it just can't be taught.
I hope the dog got compensation for having to appear with Methane. I love dogs. I walk my dog every day, I usually dress in jeans, sweatshirt, anorak (I live in Scotland so it generally rains) and walking shoes, but no jewellery!

This isn't the first time MM has done the 'conspicuous inconspicuous' look. When she staged that appalling photo-op in Uvalde, TX at the victim's memorials, it was much the same- baseball cap; no make up; baggy tshirt; overly tight jeans; a BAD and cheap looking wig, which she styled to look intentionally messy...if her conduct wasn't so despicable it'd have been laughable. It's like she thinks we're all idiots and can't see through her antics. She always overdoes it and undercuts herself lol. Great video!!

I liked the color of Sophie's dress and the V accent on the bodice was flattering but, I wish it wasn't done with a ruffle. Perhaps a simple ribbon detail would have created the same shape in a more modern way.
Her hair do often looks severe or like it's a feature she wants to minimize. She does have sort of a short forehead/low hairline. I wonder if styling her hair more loosely would make her face seem oddly small. Either way, I can understand choosing a practical bun. It's her signature and I don't expect her to change.
The bandana around MM's neck is really odd. I've never seen her wear a bandana before. The color is neutral, like she doesn't want us to notice it? I think she might be hiding something, but doesn't want to look like she's hiding something.

This “hike” Meghan Markle took on Coronation Day - is that what people call a hike? It looks like a “walk” to me. Maybe they don’t have much natural land near where they live, because I always thought that a hike was a trek that one took using a trail through the country side. That area looks like a bike path between small towns that are used in my part of the U.S.
I don’t know exactly where these photos were taken, but for what it’s worth, Montecito and Santa Barbara are built right next to some coastal mountains in California (Santa Ynez mountains), and it is very quick and easy to get to some pretty wild areas right outside the cities (featuring rattlesnakes, mountain lions, bears, etc.). My parents lived just southeast of there, in Ventura county, so I have lots of experience hiking in those mountains. It definitely didn’t look like a real hike. No backpacks, no water bottles. Even in late spring, it is VERY unwise to do even a short hike in the California coastal mountains without some kind of water supply. I wouldn’t recommend yoga pants for hiking, either, although if one is going on existing marked trails, it could work. The only things that look “real” are the hat and the sunglasses. My mom would literally wear that identical hat on a hike, and sunglasses too, although a different style of those. The whole photo op looks weird and (obviously) staged.

Meghan's hiking outfit was contradictory. Stretchy top & leggings, boots & socks, hat & sunglasses say hike. Jewelry says, not a hike. FYI, that thickness around her waist was a tummy slimming device that is meant to stimulate those muscles.
Actually Catherine wore different shoes this time. In Ascot she wore blue shoes matching the dress, as far as I remember. This time she went for silver pumps. Not a huge difference, I admit, but still ;-)
For me, that blue dress was fine, not great. The floppy bow at the neck bothered me. Regardless, Catherine always looks good. She is always appropriate for the occasion.
I see far stranger outfits worn by genuine hikers up here in Northern Scotland, and isn't the point of "shorts" that they are short? I personally would not recommend shorts for hiking in the countryside, I'd advise long trousers tucked into socks and plenty of tick repellent
Sadly, the York girls do seem to have inherited their Mother's fashion sense. But if I may defend Fergie for a moment...back in the day (she and I are about the same age) the media had always posted the most unflattering photos of her. She made the impression of being somewhat unattractive because she would be bent over at an odd angle or have her mouth slack or open. I thought this until I saw her in a cameo on a Christmas Special for the show "The Vicar of Dibley" and was shocked to see what a strikingly attractive woman she is, tall and athletic, very statuesque. If Harry is correct at all about the British media I think they purposely presented her in a negative way to better bolster their cash cow, Diana. Plus Fergie's got a great attitude. Like Chuchill said "Fall down seven times, get up eight", she kept getting up. Good for her, I'm going to buy one of her romance books.
I've always liked her, she's so genuine and lovely, with a beautiful smile. I remember when she first came on the scene, she was a breath of fresh air contrast to the more sophisticated/reserved Diana- so natural and fun, like she could be your best friend, then it was like the press and everyone turned on her for some reason. I still just love her- she's not about fashion and image, she's just about being herself but she still has that regal bearing and classy way of speaking- she's great...

Maxima's earrings are kunzite and diamond, and she purchased them herself at Steltman Jewelry in The Hague, where she gets many of her modern pieces, and which created her orange diamond engagement ring. She also owns a FANTASTIC kunzite and diamond brooch, also from Steltman. Sadly, they are from an older collection and no longer available.

You can get plastic covers with a wider base which spreads the load for walking on grass. I don’t know whether the Princess of Wales uses them but other ladies do, especially at race meetings.
I actually really like Beatrice’s blue dress with the shirt under. It’ quirky while still appropriate and suits her personality. It does make me think abit of “The little house on the prairy” (maybe thats not the right name of the show, I am translating directly from danish🤔). The tv show with the Ingalls family😁👍🏼

Of course, in her case, she too often wears it DOWN. That navy, intricately textured ballgown plus the sash and medal plus the tiara and jewels --- well, the hair on her shoulders is too much. An updo, which is always best with a tiara anyway, would have improved the look.
I think most people have their 'default hairstyle' that they like to sport most of the time.

Prints are always difficult. Many don’t photograph well and the print will go out of date before the style does.
These ladies have the funds to buy just about anything and I can’t believe how far off the mark they are~ they either need stylists or if they already have stylists fire them. I totally agreed with all your comments and I think you were trying to be as kind as you could! Princess Mary and princess Catherine seem to knock it out of the park every time.

This isn't the first time MM has done the 'conspicuous inconspicuous' look. When she staged that appalling photo-op in Uvalde, TX at the victim's memorials, it was much the same- baseball cap; no make up; baggy tshirt; overly tight jeans; a BAD and cheap looking wig, which she styled to look intentionally messy...if her conduct wasn't so despicable it'd have been laughable. It's like she thinks we're all idiots and can't see through her antics. She always overdoes it and undercuts herself lol. Great video!!

Markle was dressed to make a fashion statement for the paps. These pics looked staged, at least she does. Pics are close up. Meghan is not showing any displeasure at the paps invading her bejeweled hike. The scarf. Really? Bandanas are often used to wipe sweat etc, but a fashion scarf? Silly. How did the paps know where she was unless she had her team arrange it?

I liked the color of Sophie's dress and the V accent on the bodice was flattering but, I wish it wasn't done with a ruffle. Perhaps a simple ribbon detail would have created the same shape in a more modern way.

Her hair do often looks severe or like it's a feature she wants to minimize. She does have sort of a short forehead/low hairline. I wonder if styling her hair more loosely would make her face seem oddly small. Either way, I can understand choosing a practical bun. It's her signature and I don't expect her to change.

This “hike” Meghan Markle took on Coronation Day - is that what people call a hike? It looks like a “walk” to me. Maybe they don’t have much natural land near where they live, because I always thought that a hike was a trek that one took using a trail through the country side. That area looks like a bike path between small towns that are used in my part of the U.S.
I don’t know exactly where these photos were taken, but for what it’s worth, Montecito and Santa Barbara are built right next to some coastal mountains in California (Santa Ynez mountains), and it is very quick and easy to get to some pretty wild areas right outside the cities (featuring rattlesnakes, mountain lions, bears, etc.). My parents lived just southeast of there, in Ventura county, so I have lots of experience hiking in those mountains.
It definitely didn’t look like a real hike. No backpacks, no water bottles. Even in late spring, it is VERY unwise to do even a short hike in the California coastal mountains without some kind of water supply. I wouldn’t recommend yoga pants for hiking, either, although if one is going on existing marked trails, it could work. The only things that look “real” are the hat and the sunglasses. My mom would literally wear that identical hat on a hike, and sunglasses too, although a different style of those.
The whole photo op looks weird and (obviously) staged.

Respectful FYI...pulmonary fibrosis is not "chronic"...it is an irreversible, progressive, non-curable and terminal disease. An aggressive form of fibrosis usually ends the patient's life within 2 to 5 years after diagnosis and it's often Not diagnosed correctly right away; otherwise, it varies with the individual...often times it's 6 to 8 years but it also can be several years. The only temporary reprieve is a lung transplant...may Every day be a Blessing for her and may she live several more years...

I read somewhere that Crown Princess Victoria has a disorder where she has difficulty recognizing faces, even her own. Wearing her hair in a tight bun helps her identify herself. Granted, a ponytail wouldn't be a terrible thing every now and then...

Actually Catherine wore different shoes this time. In Ascot she wore blue shoes matching the dress, as far as I remember. This time she went for silver pumps. Not a huge difference, I admit, but still ;-)
For me, that blue dress was fine, not great. The floppy bow at the neck bothered me. Regardless, Catherine always looks good. She is always appropriate for the occasion.

I see far stranger outfits worn by genuine hikers up here in Northern Scotland, and isn't the point of "shorts" that they are short? I personally would not recommend shorts for hiking in the countryside, I'd advise long trousers tucked into socks and plenty of tick repellent

Sadly, the York girls do seem to have inherited their Mother's fashion sense. But if I may defend Fergie for a moment...back in the day (she and I are about the same age) the media had always posted the most unflattering photos of her. She made the impression of being somewhat unattractive because she would be bent over at an odd angle or have her mouth slack or open. I thought this until I saw her in a cameo on a Christmas Special for the show "The Vicar of Dibley" and was shocked to see what a strikingly attractive woman she is, tall and athletic, very statuesque. If Harry is correct at all about the British media I think they purposely presented her in a negative way to better bolster their cash cow, Diana. Plus Fergie's got a great attitude. Like Chuchill said "Fall down seven times, get up eight", she kept getting up. Good for her, I'm going to buy one of her romance books.
I've always liked her, she's so genuine and lovely, with a beautiful smile. I remember when she first came on the scene, she was a breath of fresh air contrast to the more sophisticated/reserved Diana- so natural and fun, like she could be your best friend, then it was like the press and everyone turned on her for some reason. I still just love her- she's not about fashion and image, she's just about being herself but she still has that regal bearing and classy way of speaking- she's great...

You can get plastic covers with a wider base which spreads the load for walking on grass. I don’t know whether the Princess of Wales uses them but other ladies do, especially at race meetings.
