Love this video. Thank you very much. So my first trigger you ask? I found out that the gardener raking leaves would send me into a trance. I thought I was crazy for years til I found out about ASMR a little over a year ago. You asked for suggestions or opinions so here is my 2 cents worth...I heard a guy say that the best ASMR is one with purpose. What the hell does that mean? Well, the sounds you make sound better when you are completing a TASK rather than random sounds. That's why this video rocks! Thanks!!
