When you craft an item it crafts at your highest level of that type of gear, it also has 3 empowers which will help boost your power level.

So if one hat is at 7k and the hat I craft is at 3k, than the hat I craft will go to 7k?

@@jacobbarcelo8526 yes, so, your hats stats are based off its level, if you have a power level of 80 and craft a new item, that item will be 80 aswell.
