I worked front desk at a holiday Inn express and the back up system was still the black screen with green letters. I'm pretty sure was the actual system and we just used the easier version. I probably wasn't supposed to know about the black and green, that was the only way to not allow online booking. I never took advantage of this knowledge...
I'm 37, in semester 2 of my first College experience for Accounting (trash?), and I've been loving the business finance material lately boys LOL. Quick tidbit for the boys, I worked front desk at the Miami Airport Marriott and like many other Marriotts they are still using DOS based check in systems with black background and green letters. I was a wizard on that thing.
As someone who lives in Alaska, yes the dog poop lasts u til spring. The worst month of the year to go for a walk or hike is late April early May and hen all the snow is melting and all the various poop from 6 months of winter is revealed as the snow melts away. Smells absolutely horrible too. Now maybe you guys don’t get as harsh of a winter so it can degrade quicker but you gotta pick that stuff up!!
