    I did some southern mantis training in the past its a interesting style and very effective and efficient style it brings smiles to my face again to see yourself going through the techniques

      Like every San Sau they can either be trained isolated or in combination (jongs)

    First encountered Tong Long in 1976. My friend taught me Gau Choi Pei Sau Pok Sau combination. Instantly hooked. ✌️

    Hey Arthur, love this motion. One concern is how you protect the outer bone, the small pinky side. Without a small rotation of the wrist it seems one exposes the bone to fractures. Regards.

      pinky knuckle is fair game in the conditioning exercise. Be progressive with the amount of force you guys play with to prevent injury, don't come out the gates swinging for the fences hah, cheers!
