Ethiopia is such a welcoming country for foreigners and the weather is amazing of only the politics could be figured out and a focus could be placed on economic growth it could be an even more amazing country. I'm praying every day that I will see a stronger Ethiopia.

Hi Molly, by the way for your information as he didn't explain well, ABESHA as it is written on his shirt means Abyssinian, the whole of Ethiopia spreading to Eritrea and some of Djibouti and Sudanese lands was called Abyssisnia in the Old days which in Amharic translates to Abesha or Habesha. Everything built there was built by Imperial Italians in the 19th & 20th centuries. The same is true for other Eritrean locations of note such as Massawa and Keren.

Nah habesha is a word that came from the axumite word habashat which included Ethiopia,Djibouti,sudan,northern somalia and parts of yemen
