- By multiple requests I decided to make this video demonstrating what settings I am currently using for my brand new Czarcie Kopyto pedals.
Filmed this a couple of days ago on my current US 🇺🇸 run with Belphegor.
I based my pedal settings on Ken Bedene's (Aborted) settings and just tweaked them a bit here and there to adjust them to my personal needs.

I think you switched around footboard height (which is 4,5) and beater angle (3,5).

Eugenius, that drum pedal is my dream. My goodness ... I play with a dw 5000 accelerator chain drive that I bought in 1998. I can't take it anymore. One day I will have a kopyto czarcie ...

Just switched from my old Iron Cobras to Trick Dominators last summer and tbh the difference was really noticable from the start. I would never get back to regular pedals now (chain drives, normal board). I really wonder if Kopyto pedals will also be a big step up from my Dominators when I'll manage to get them but they sure don't look like toys haha. Also, can't wait to see you playing live with Fleshgod soon Eugene, you guys are the main reason why I got motivated to play drums again and get involved with a new band. Cheers!!!
Well i had the tricks and now i have CK's. Its almost like you go from chain to direct drive again. In my opinion the CZs are so much smoother and overall the build quality is Better.

What's the reason for the footblaster firing slightly before hit?

You mentioned you have the trigger going off slightly sooner that the beater making contact with the head. What’s the reason for that?
Not 100 percent sure, but I think most likely to the very slight latency you may get when triggering, this way it seems you will not have any latency at all.
How and where do you buy these pedals?

looks like a Ludwig steel 14x6.5 with Evans hybrid.
Pearl Sensitone Steel, 14x6.5. Evans Hybrid top, Hazy 300 bottom.

Heavier. More powerful. But not slower.

Man, this is 2019. Since then my pedals have gone through countless evolution stages and modifications. I don't even remember at all
Congrats man, let me ask you, why use the beaters so low? Its make you play more easy?
The beater reaches the head faster. But you sacrifice swing
It makes it faster since the beater head is closer to the center of rotation and less inertia is required to get it moving. However, less power is produced. But when you live and die by triggers, that doesn't matter I guess.

No, They Ship To 'Everywhere' But The U.S.-You Have To Find a 3rd Party To Ship To, Then Have Them Ship To You. I Just Ordered a Pair Today. Difficult, But Overall I'm Sure It Will Be Worth The Time, Money And Complexity Of The Shipping Involved. .

Axis revived the direct drive concept and applied into metal. But unfortunately their product reliability has gone to shit. The CZ are like the Terminator of drum pedals.
