I know we just started Penacony, but I have absolutely no idea how they plan to top it with 3.0 introduction. From the hype buildup, to the character introductions literally before we entered the planet, to the story and the environment and the puzzles. The bar is actually so high right now.
when Genshin 2.0 Inazuma was first out, people were also wondering how the fuck do Hoyoverse gonna top this. then 3.0 Sumeru happened, and they asked how tf Hoyoverse gonna top this then 4.0 Fontaine happened, now they are just wondering how cool Natlan gonna be
@@mop-kun2381 Inazuma first run is such a flop thanks to both the devs being rushed to serve your "where is the content after I speedrun any thing they made" and the community trying so hard to make it flop by leaking the visuals, musics, "where is content after I speedrun everything" again and amidst of that is that god ridden bs usual dramas (ship, Inazuma politics, color woe woe, characterization) and regarding to your anniversary.

@@mop-kun2381 imo nothing topped the 2.0 reveal, the hype was real back then. now it's just meh, it doesn't feel the same. i have mixed feelings about the story but u can't deny the hype for inazuma was something else. the only thing that'll top it is 6.0 (probably).
The Reverie (Dreamscape) feels like it was inspired by Control, i got Ashtray Maze vibes just exploring the place. Here's hoping the final boss from Penacony plays a song similar to "Take Control", that would beat Wildfire easy.
Penacony is not a planet, it used to be a space prison that was turned into a space hotel. It's also why the interior of the hotel is designed to be like a panopticon with rooms on the walls and the central pillars of the lobby were the guard posts.
Watching Necrit is so much more fun than other content creators since he always pay attention to details and lores unlike most other ccs, they are like speedrunning the story first time/walkthrough/lets play (their reaction are so fake lol)
The wall walking mechanic is possible in 3 ways that I could think of: The character and the camera is actually rotating, The room is actually the one rotating, Or nothing is rotating and it's all just visuals.
Acheron is much more interesting character for honkai impact players, because she references stuff from this game. Not just here, she quotes Yae Sakura later, exactly the same phrase, very sus.
Acheron isn't an expy for Raiden Ei, it's for Raiden Mei (which has further been confirmed by the appearance of Mei in the 2.1 livestream) just as how Ei is also an expy for Mei also. Can we please stop comparing Starrail characters to Genshin when it's clearly meant to be Impact 3rd? I mean they're both HONKAI games.

All of what you just said is speculation/ just a theory, barely anything about the MC's backstory was confirmed, and I seriously doubt that Acheron of all characters was ever a nameless, much less being related to the mc, she already has so much going for that it would be too much lmao

maybe it's a bit out of the blue, but are you going to check out Honkai Impact part 2? It doesn't need you to have a prior knowledge about part 1 story and lore (And there's looots of lore) and can be unlocked pretty fast. Like 4-5 hours without rushing it and being really lazy and unfocused on unlocking. Also lots and lots of free stuff for newbies and faster level up because of it too.
It truly baffles me that Necrit still doesn't have a channel made purely for uploading uncut VODs. It just results in so much lost content!
