Everyone has their own way of doing it and if they have a problem with it that is their problem . We shouldn't be hard on others we do our own thing . And I like how you work on it .I like the way a lot of people work on their cards it gives me ideas to use.If others used it to come up with their own way of doing things.
Just so Stunning thank you for showing I have my flakes for not sure how long as did not know how to use But now going too use like yourself again thank you so much
This card front is stunning. Thank you for sharing this gilding-flakes plus glitter technique. Elizabeth Craft makes amazing permanent double-sided adhesive.
This was quite helpful. The clean-up not as bad as I usually enjoy (eye roll). I've tried laying down stencil and brayering appropriate glue type over it but what a mess to clean up, right away all be it and the results disappointing after all the bother. I found using your application method better than what I'd been doing, by adding too much. Your way left a better look. Thank you very kindly for troubling to teach us. I enjoyed it and have enjoyed improving under your tutelage too.
Loved your video... However, I tried the same technique using the "double sided adhesive sheet" on a card stock and... When I was trying to pull the stencil it was very challenging and I ripped some of the design 😕😰 any tips for me plz?
@@phuncropper I didn't spray any adhesive as the sticky paper was good to go... But I almost ripped my stencil ...and the design got peeled of... Does it maybe have to do anything with the adhesive sheets?
Where do you get the Xyron adhesive tape? Looks like you just cut off a piece, but on Amazon they seem to sell this machine contraption. Does the one you use come in a roll? Do you sell it?
Carolee Carter I believe she probably ran the card stock through a Xyron machine. I just wonder if she used a roll of permanent or temporary adhesive because I would think it would be hard to get the stencil off of the permanent or even clean the stencil. Maybe she will comment. This is a great technique.
Yes, I really want to try it, and I do have a roll of carpet tape that I can use, but the Xyron alternative was new to me. Looking forward to her answer. Thanks!
I 'm sorry - I just saw this. Your carpet tape will work great! I was using it my classes all year. I do have a Xyron machine ( and used permanent adhesive) but if you don't have one the Capet tape will work great. Have fun!
That IS SOOOOO Stunning!! Thanks for sharing this
Stunning. Love it and the finished result.
That is Gorgeous! 😍
This is so beautiful!!!!

Fantastic, I’ve been looking for a way to use my glitter stash!
Clever idea for another way to use our beautiful guilding flakes.

Amber Asif I have had success with rubbing soap on the back of the stencil when the adhesive is super sticky.

Wow pat!
Hi. I don't call mine mixed grill, I call it Tetramin because it looks just like fish food flakes.
