This tonearm seems to have a magical sound compared to your videos of the artemis labs tonearm. I can't tell though if the tonearm is doing this or if you use a different video recorder or if its the cartridge and phono stage. How would you rate the sound of this tonearm as compared to your Artemis Labs tonearm and what do you feel are the differences in sound?
The video is just a bunch of short clips, just to show what is playing. Audio was recorded separately using a Zoom H4n recorder, since the recorder built into the camera that was used to take the video is not exactly a good one.
Oh, no. However, it is a tonearm very critical of setup, a lot of experimentation needed sometimes to get it right. We no longer use the arm, better for the brave.
olaf biessen You only have one true null point. When you align with a overhang you no longer have any true null point. Your simply attempting to spread distortion out on either side of the true null.
Resolution in such an easy way... beautiful treble, lots of finesse. Thanks for this video.
I would love to see how this is first spun by hand to get it going. That would be so great.

@@keithparkhill8546 You will have two null point across the radius.
Tracking error is such a myth
