Dear Tom, Mignon Single Dose inclination is only one of the parameters that allow you to gain the zero retention. For an excellent result in terms of single dosing, we suggest the Mignon Single Dose
Is Eureka planning on putting out any mods for people who want to try to single dose but don't want to buy a whole new grinder? Or are the internals here different in a material way that external mods wouldn't work?
@Brandon G I was asking about the internals, or whether can people just buy external mods, such as tilting bases, to achieve the incline. External mods work unless is there something about the internals of the machine that are actually different. I haven't seen anything from Eureka suggesting they actually changed anything internal about this grinder, from any of their other grinders, so I was trying to get an answer. If you have information about how "the whole mechanical structure is different", as you say, please share.
@@dsmeier6270 very unlikely anything has changed from the XL. This is likely a tactic to use up all the XLs that nobody is buying. Trust me, a tilt of this proportion makes zero difference to retention, they've changed the angle so that the coffee is directed more vertically towards the dosing cup but there will still be significant mess with a gap of that size between the cup and chute, especially when you add in a bellows system. I suggest you wait for some honest reviews once it's released as I would imagine that better options already exist for significantly less than what Eureka will charge you.
Dear, we have a several accessories completely developed to "single dose" your Mignon: we are talking about Mignon Single Dose Hopper and Mignon Single Dose Blow up Cleaning 😊
This is important to me too! It looks like the grind adjustment wheel is small again. Fingers crossed it is easy to adjust between filter and espresso, and that it is easy to keep track of the grind size.
Is it low noise like my Atom (or quieter)? Colors? Popcorning? I’ll never understand why mfrs are OK with adding an unnecessarily tall hopper just adding to overall height, esp. with these single dose where small footprint is a draw. In my view the Niche still excels with the super low profile.
I think it's basically like the XL so it's quiet like most eureka grinders (probably similar to the Specialita?) but not as quiet as the Atom series which are exceptionally quiet.
Dear, it is equipped with Silent Technology, so it produces less noise than others grinders. However, remember that it has a professional motor, so it cause a little bit more noise than the others Mignon
Good idea that there is a slant to it, means that there will nearly no residue of granules left in grinder. (Unlike my Elektra grinder). This would suit my need, but would be good to know 🇬🇧 pricing.
@@cha1ny104 The design is that of our Mignon, with additional new elements, such as the incline and the hopper with the Blow Up and Dosing Cup which ensure a very close to zero retention. And the most important thing for us: 100% Made in Italy 😍

When is the release? I havn't heard a lot of news yet.
It's October, when will this be available?
Would be awesome if you sold the dropper, the inclined stand and the cup separately
People are selling incline stands for Eureka grinders on Etsy.
Brilliant, my thought exactly !
@eurekagrinders will the grind adjustment wheel be espresso focused (like the Specialita) or multiple brew methods (like the Perfetto)? Thank you!
This is so important. I got the silenzio and switching between espresso and filter is a pain..

Hi Andrés, Mignon Single Dose is an Espresso& Brew coffe grinder.
Oh my goodness!! It is so beautiful! Damn I just purchased Eureka Specialita what should I do next.....
Maybe buy one as a gift for friends and enjoy coffee at their house
Any update on this? It's already Oct 20, 2021 :D
Can I buy it online? I live in CA, USA, is it only available to the UK? I can't find a link anywhere!
price?
If I decide to go with a la Pavoni Stradivari, I wonder if I can get an adapter for dose cup from somewhere.
Will it be available in black matte to go with the decent espresso black matte version?
It is available in three versions: White, Matt Black and Chrome 😊
When will this available for purchase?
May I ask what does" coffee rituals for good measures" mean? Having a little problem understanding the utterance.
Does it use the same burrs as the Mignon XL's burrs?
They both have Diamond Inside burrs 😊
When does it come out in the US?
The product will be available in August/ September in EU. So for specific questions please get in touch with your favourite retailer :)
When is it available in Australia?

For brew over only?
This is developed both for Espresso and Brew
It's a gold lineup and no proper faceplate to hide that blank switch and portafilter holder hole?
Can you use a portafilter? How much retention is typical?
Because of it is developed for single dosing, this is not equpped with a portafilter holder.
Honestly, I'm far too hyped for this. And saying I'm hype for a coffee grinder feels a bit sad.
looks like it dont have auto off after grinding. abit sad.
Dear, this is because it is specifically developed for Single dosing, so it is not thought to grind directly inside the portafilter
