Thanks for this info. It’s May 8th, 2020... I forgot how to add a card and transfer the balance, so when I found your video I realized that the Starbucks app has been updated since this video. Now, if you go to your wallet and click on your primary Starbucks card, there is a little plus button in the top right hand corner. Click that, which will bring up the option to add another card. Once you input the information for the card you want to transfer from, it will give you the option to keep the card or transfer the balance. Transfer the balance to your primary card and then click remove. The balance of the new card has been now transferred to the primary card.
Oh my gosh, thank you! I wanted to keep the Christmas looking Starbucks card. I got for Christmas from my best friend and use that as my primary card, and then I got a standard looking Starbucks card from another friend for my birthday. So I was able to add that to the other card. Appreciate it much!

Once you removed the other card from your account. Can it be used for registering again by another person? Like for example I'll give it to a family member
I was thinking the same thing... but I was thinking since it was a gift given to me and they scan the packaging and not the card maybe that's what happened but she bought them from Target so I don't know
@@LizzKillszz I thought it would take some time for the system to update and then my card would show up but it still hasnt. I know its not a big deal but i do want my gold card to be there.

The physical card is of no use after you transfer all of the money from it onto the main card. You can still reload the empty card in store or on the app if you wish, though. You can also make it the main card and transfer all money to it if you happen to lose your other main card.😁
Doesn't work. Can't transfer to someone else's card (the only reason I even downloaded the stupid app). Help is flawed or flat out wrong. Simply want to transfer a balance to someone else, but none of the instructions are correct.
