Question. Instead of adding assets to the trust, I like to form multiple LLCs owned by the trust and put each asset in separate LLC. Do I still have to update assets in my trust?

Hello - good information. After signing the Trust, would the person need to file or register the Trust in Court or anywhere else? The Trust is a name but how can a bank agree to have you transfer a mortgaged property into a Trust that's only a name? Thanks.

Can she still use the bank account in the trust in which case she need a debit card or does she need to transfer the money out? What if she wants sell my house and then put the money back in to the trust? Can she save the money to my account in trust? Thank you!

Hello - good information. After signing the Trust, would the person need to file or register the Trust in Court or anywhere else? The Trust is a name but how can a bank agree to have you transfer a mortgaged property into a Trust that's only a name? Thanks.

Hi Edmond, thank you for making these helpful videos! Lets say I made a trust and my only kid is the beneficiary. What does she need to do with bank account when I die? Can she still use the bank account in the trust in which case she need a debit card or does she need to transfer the money out? What if she wants sell my house and then put the money back in to the trust? Can she save the money to my account in trust? Thank you!

I like your videos but not crazy about the music and the music is too loud. Why not remove the music all together.

Why do you have to make all these videos so long?
I suggest it's so we wake up to the reality to hire an Inheritance Administrator to add about a hundred steps in a complete administration, costing our family 50% in Litigation when the $8000.00 Estate Planner our family hired ran from the plan.
