LawDepot forms are NOT free. You have to pay a fee for each form. I paid $29 for a Living Will because I didn't know each form has a cost if you don't buy an entire subscription. I then wanted to create a Living Trust and they wanted to charge me another fee. They have a free TRIAL, but after the trial, you have to pay $35/month for a subscription. They also have an option for $8.99/month where you can use ALL their forms for no additional charge, but you have to PREPAY this for an entire 12 months so it's $107.88 up front. NOT FREE.
Ed said in the begiining of the (at 1:09") video that is is "compltetely free to use" . So this is not entirely true (ony one -week free trial) and need some further clarification

I did this..followed all instructions…..gave my name address, children’s names, my adtess age, all personal information and it went directly to law depot. They got all of my personal info and then never heard from them again !

Just use joint tenant in your properties use 2 o 3 persons you trust. And if you pass away the properties will go to them automatically with no court or costs or any paper work
