I give it a 8. The way that Eva decorated it on housewives is gorgeous. I don’t think what we see does it justice, it shows sparse. She did mention on a video that it wasn’t enough closet space. Still a very beautiful home.
In 2019 before pandemic, she could have gotten better for the price she paid. This looks like a typical upper end none custom builder home. Don’t get me wrong it’s nice. I’d give it a 6.5 mainly due to price. Back then, I would have paid Matt 5-600k tops for that. It must be in an expensive area.

It’s a nice home it must be the model home In the beginning stages of the builder there’s no refrigerator no blinds in the windows or curtains just basic. People buy these beautiful homes than inside them are just no wild factor. I’m say 5

First, the architect of the house I like very nice. Secondly, the fireplace, the railing all up the stairs, and the bathroom are so outdated. A great flip though. Kitchen cabinets change out the hardware, redo the Island repaint all through house, otherwise I'll give the house a 9
