I would love to see where some the negative commenters live, have they experienced the joy of home ownership. Foreclosures are very good investments, gut them out n redesign n resell for market value if you choose too aka house flipping. THEIR home is lovely, it’s her name on the deed but it’s referred to as THEIR home bc they’re married as one! Some couples been married 10 years still renting apts n other people homes. So leave them alone
Foreclosures USED to be good investments but I would disagree with buying a foreclosure as a good investment present day. It is better to find a motivated seller and get a deal that way because at least you know what you are getting and not walking into a laundry list of problems that present day foreclosures have

This house is still very dated and needs a complete renovation and a designer. I like the outside better than the inside.
As long as they are happy and comfortable why are you bashing their home like that, how would you like it if somebody came to your house and left then started talking about your house needed upgrading🤔🤔🤔
@@sweetpeaz1964 , If it is true, it’s true! I might need upgrades, duh? Folks on HGTV view homes all the time and may conclude the same. I am just surprised that she has grandmother taste to be so forward thinking in all other aspects of her life.
@@sweetpeaz1964 People are allowed to express their observations without being other accusing them of "bashing" something. Most houses built in the 1990s need renovations. Saying someone's house needs renovating and a designer is objective. Now IMO I would not call this house in need of renovations because the photos on this video are very old when Kandi first purchased the house. It was before Kandi upgraded certain parts of it so going off the photos yeah it needs a renovation but that is not the current photos of the house interior

YESSSSSS, she got a Beautiful Home and a Great bargain. That's what I like about Kandi just because she is rich she knows how to bargain shop and manage her money. And she didn't even have it built from the ground up and it looks just as good.🤔😊❤️❤️❤️Oh yeah and she got two houses.

Kandis house is very interesting because it’s literally 17,000 ft.² for both together and that classifies it to be a mansion. The downside is it’s in the cascade area but the side she lives down is really nice and affluent for the most part. Her house is in a small gated community. It would have been better if it was a guard gated community for a higher level of safety over there. “””MONEY WELL SPENT”””
She wasn't with todd when she brought the house I understand their husband and wife now but he has no ownership in the house sorry

I remember when Kim and Nene shaded her for buying this house on the show and now Kim house is foreclose. If I was Kandi I would buy her house from the bank 😂
That would not be a wise investment because that house is massively upside down and very far out in Milton, GA. When a bank forecloses these days it takes years and by the time the house is finally vacant the house has gone through severe damage.
