I have them fitted on My R1300GS and the D6 as running and brake light I have mounted the D6 between the indicators as I do not have radar Occasionally I get the brake light warning on the dash and then cruise control not working after turning the ignition off for a minute or so resets and is fine Mark at Wieser is looking into it It certainly improves the safety of the bike
I also get the brake light warning / cruise control / forward collision not working dash messages (1300GS). BMW dealer reckons it’s due to extra resistance on the canbus caused by the Weiser being there. They’ve asked me to unplug the Weiser then see if the error still comes up, which I suspect it won’t. I haven’t contacted Weiser yet, but will now, cheers Steve
Superb vid youv helped me re my additional B6 without cost of a Can Bus Where did you get the adhesive clip to retain the cable on the B6 at the rear of the number plate
Jesus what a faff just to be able to say I’m braking can you see me 🤦♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 This is another reason not to own the latest toys, and I do hope you informed your insurance that you have changed the standard BMW factory breaking display fitted as standard for a different system 😮 If you haven’t or won’t inform your insurance company about this change, then that could be a potentially very expensive mistake 😊 especially when the assessor starts walking around your damaged pcp toy 😬
Brilliant video and I like this product too: after all anything that improves the safety of the rider is really important
I was scrolling for exact information and got it by your video! Actually I am new to this field. I am expert in car
Glad it was helpful!
great video, totally agree about modern indicators. In the old days though they were the size of a brick.
This is a crazy idea for bikes in it’s original form !
Great video
Had many of my riding club say how poor the OEM set up was on my 1300GS. Since fitting the BR kit I’ve had everyone say how much better it is.
Yah, I should tell video is good!

@stephenworsdale2115 Mine only brings code up when the D6 is attached it's fine if I disconnect it
I have often thought this with some bikes and also some cars. Its a good idea should of been standerd

Stupid idea by Motorrad. It's a known issue created by overengineering or cost cutting.

pay$35k for an unsafe bike then pay more to see indicators---goodbye bmw
