Smuggler's Blues cover played to a non-original backing track. Popular 1984 song of that is pretty simple but has some tasty slide sections. I used my 2 Fender super champ x2's. Enjoy ~

Thanks! I've always liked the slide in this song ~ Someone told me once that in order to sing and play at the same time you have to put one of them on auto pilot - I usually can't even remember the words on the seldom occasion that I do sing 😀

Thanks! Who you calling an old guy😎 I certainly don't consider myself a 'good' slide player, but I get by on some songs. I find it difficult to get a good tone because I play mostly at bedroom level volumes - my ears already ring all the time, so I'm trying to save what hearing I have left... I just used standard tuning as the song didn't seem to require any double or triple note slides.

I play in a church praise band and we do a lot of slide and it’s so much fun because a lot of the songs really rock and I get to turn up my guitar and act like a kid rockin for Jesus😎
