Great video comparison between the two of these guns. I am enjoying my shield comp carry but I have to agree on sliding the rack is hard. Btw, the audio was fine.
@@averagemarksman Thanks. I’ve had that with exactly 1 round out of the shield plus carry comp as well, out of about 300 rounds so far. Edit: Just checked my notes as it was a failure to feed, not eject. I’ll have 1000 through it soon. Hopefully no issues after that.
I think you need to be careful when saying one platform is better than another. Very informative video for sure. I have tried both platforms. Love the shield comp plus. Its my regular carry now. The hellcat doesn't fit my hands as well, so I don't shoot it as well.
@@averagemarksman Don't worry about shit. I believe most that come to this channel are looking for opinions considering you not only own the firearms but, seem to shoot pretty often so you probably have some good points and possibly some good opinions. If someone is worried about an opinion that is their problem because everyone is entitled to their own opinions, this is YOUR channel. on a side note keep up the great work Nick!
@@averagemarksman Bad when shooting it. I’m not gonna say I shot thousands of rounds through the Hellcat Pro, but I did shoot right around 500. It’s one of the few guns I sold and it was because of the trigger
Did the audio sound a little spotty on your end?
tiny bit here and there but it was pretty good for the most part

It’s a good pistol. No doubt about it.
Good, fair, even-handed evaluation. Enjoy your videos.
Thanks for watching, John. We appreciate the support.
Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching, Ron.
I do not have the comps but I carry both Shield Plus and Hellcat pro. But the Pro is my favorite of the two and carry it the most. Can't go wrong
@@oilyque agreed. I don’t think the Hellcat gets enough recognition. The Trigger is growing on me.
good comparison - Ever think of doing the g26
It’s never crossed my mind. I’ll think I’ll about it.
So what happened with the failure to eject?
@@brianhurst2740 I reviewed the video - it just didn’t eject the spent round. If you slow the video down you can see it.

Hopefully it’s smooth sailing. That was the only issue I had out of the gun. I was shocked it happen.

Why would I need to be careful saying that I believe something is better than something else? Just curious and I look forward to hearing why.

@@Shaskis. thanks, man. I appreciate the kind words and support.
Hellcat trigger is bad. There was so much I liked about my Hellcat Pro but I sold it because of the awful trigger
@@justin5421 is bad when shooting it or is it just bad when sitting at a table and overanalyzing it?

@@justin5421 I wonder if the trigger quality varies across production. This trigger isn’t the best but it’s by no means terrible.
