I used buypimentowood chips. The most important thing is the wood. If you choice a good wood flavor this brings to bbq on the grill is next level.

I'm 62 yrs old and I've been doing bbq in Texas my entire life, and I've never seen anything less "Texas style" than this mess. Very unappetizing raw meat being served.

you can see in the video there is a smoker with traditional style barbecue. The title separates the other food with a period. The other stalls are the ones you see with medium rare or rare steaks. They're not the same stalls. You being 62 has nothing to do with anything as you can't read or didn't watch the video fully

This is in italy. That is dry aged chiannina cattle meat. Anything over medium renders it unchewable. The cooking style is what they meant. Nobody in italy would eat garbage American beef when they can eat theirs.

I need y'all to show me different ways to cook alligator meat... I had it once in Killeen TX and never again but I loved it and I can't find nobody that knows how to cook it or show me how to prepare it.
Raw, baste with butter, turn over..flame up, throw on some clear "alcohol" liquid to flame up for show... some places were good, but not all
