Will someone teach people how to cook meat properly , seems to be a fashion to have it half raw world wide.
And....... Will someone teach people how slice meat properly. I saw a lot of slicing WITH the grain, and virtually no slicing against the grain, which is the proper way.
Pretty rough cooking. But some of us like it pink in the middle. Street food is not gourmet cooking is it?
not all recipes call for the same thing. Despite your preferences this food looks super tasty which is all that matters. Especially when it comes to street food
