Like it’s maybe unsanitary and weird for the other patrons? It’s like those people that do their makeup on the bus or subway. No one there wants to watch that! 😂

I'm a product junkie top but I don't like watching people apply full coverage foundation, go crazy with concealer highlight, contour, and every other makeup product under the sun. belated 2017 everyones. Violette, would love to see you combine fashion with your videos/tutorial if possible. I am not into makeup, but love the fact that you do it in a creative way were you include/highlight a museum visit, restaurant, garden, etc in your makeup tutorials, which is unlike most youtube beauty guru. I am more of an architect, art, fashion and travel kinda girl I guess, hence the appeal of your channel.

Everything looks gorgeous on you! I have rather hooded eyes (like Charlotte Rampling) so I have to keep my eye make up really natural. The first eye shadow I got when I was 10 (just to play with; I didn't wear it out) was a 1980's blue color and I absolutely loved it! :)

I’m new here, and it was unique to see it in a cafe . I think it’s different and way cool 😎 I have dark blue eyes and my skin is like a porcelain bisque. Maybe I will try this just to see how it looks . Blue scares me a little, after growing up in the 80’s and seeing hideous bright blues , it’s enough to make me cringe a bit. I don't know if it is possible, but I am curious what you would suggest for blue eyes. I like the look of the blue you have here and I know often people suggest copper but I find it too garish and not very "fresh".
HI Mary ! I know what you mean. A deep dark metallic blue is amazing with blue eyes. It's actually my favorite. I add a touch of brighter blue in the center of the lid to push the look and it's so pretty. You can also try a nude tone with metallic touch, with some gold/pink tones. for a more natural look and use a copper eye pencil (NIX is amazing for that) in the water line to push your blue eyes. Also I love warm metallic brown for blue eyes. that's sooo chic and the eyes pop so much ! xx
Blue is beautiful, I used to use a lot of it . But my eyes are deep blue, it’s hard to find a blue that would compliment my eyes and porcelain skin tone . I love gray toned blue , or deeper blues (like indigo …. ) they seem to look better. Bright blue, eh … no . But you look better with the blue . Merci, Violette. 🥰
