    By far his strongest habit is his ability to allocate rest time in a way that does not interfere with with his work. He knew that he needed rest but never wavered in his duties(which seem to have been self-driven)

      Sure. My main source was Andrew Robert's book Napoleon the Great. Also: Napoleon in Egypt by Paul Strathern. Some things I remember from high school as we studied the Napoleonic Wars in detail, so I remember a lot from the books we studied from. I was so fascinated and still am!

If he had taken the title "Emperor of France," it would have implied a return to the old monarchical system, making the revolution's efforts seem pointless.

      Then myth that Napoleon was short came from the fact that he was always surrounded by his Marshals who always wore tall hats making them all look much taller than Napoleon, and thus making Napoleon seem short when in reality he was average height.
