Another fun play to watch unfortunately you made some significant mistakes this game :) But still cool to watch and cool you have uploaded some plays. 1 - At 3:15 after the attack in Rohan I noticed the political marker for Rohan was down 2 spaces. I think it should have only been down once because that Rohan region with the fortification is not a settlement, so nothing was captured to move it down again. 2- At 16:10 The move of companions from the besieged Lorien was illegal as the companions had to separate into that siege. P39 of the rulebook. The fall of Lorien should have eliminated Strider and Boromir. 3 - At 45:10 - FP wouldnt reveal the discarded card. All discards are face down. Stops opponent knowing that potentially critical info. 4 - At 1:01:25 the FP player used Mithil Coat and Sting card for the second time. You should have removed it from "in play" after its first use. 5 - At 1:07:40 ish you did the same thing as 4. above. 6 - At 1:09:20 you did it again :) 7 - At 1:11:25 you did it again ha.
Hey friend! So glad you watched these and provided your thoughts. I'd say my opponent and I probably have about 20 games under our belts so you are definitely more experienced. -regarding point 2, I actually asked this one in the discord, and got lots of great feedback, identifying the same issue you discovered. The main mistake was actually revealing the fellowship in lorien in the first place. Cannot reveal FSP in free people stronghold. -I was NOT aware that discards are facedown. Great info, and important for strategy as we have now begun playing around the opponents potential cards. -OMG mithril coat and sting is only 1 time use! It did feel way too overpowered how we were using it...
@@BigBossBilly Yeah you are right about that reveal. I noticed it but as you already commented in the video I didn't see the point in pointing it out myself. Thought I'd just say things I didn't see you catch! I hope you look forward to telling your mate how illegal he was with Mithril haha.
@@DanThorpeGamingWithIdiots I use Vegas Pro 14. I can't decide if the time it takes is worth it...I'm quite proficient at it, but I'd say it still takes about 3-4 hours of work to edit 3 hours of footage down to 1:14.
Let me know if you see any mistakes, or any different strategies you would take!

@@BigBossBilly Curious too, how long did the speed edit take you? What editing SW did you use?
