You are doing amazing. I'm a mother of 10, pregnant, and 5 special needs. I homeschool since birth, and it's not a easy job momma. Keep doing the good work.
You are so blessed! I am a homeschool mom of two and I’m exhausted at the end of the day! But when I see moms like you I am motivated to continue forward. Thank you! God bless.
Because I work full time ... the good and the beautiful curriculum has been a blessing bc my son can do the independent review pretty much on his own and like you said ask questions if needed. Such a great curriculum! 🙌
It’s so cool to see where your girls are now. My husband and I decided to start our son on the good and the beautiful preschool curriculum just before he turned two. I don’t know anyone in my personal life with kids doing academic work so young but when he spontaneously learned all of the letters and letter sounds by about 20 months old we decided to trust that he was ready and I’m so glad we did. It’s been going great so far, we just finished the first unit. I love to see other kids who started out young - it reminds me that I’m not crazy to think he can do it. We’re still going to wait a while to start handwriting until he is more developmentally ready to use a proper pencil grip and in the meantime we do lots of work with free drawing and use rock crayons. I can’t wait to see where he’ll go next. Do you think you will use the little hearts and hands science? I am very curious about it and would love to see it in action.
I have 3 kids 5 3 and 1 and we homeschooling too but basically we just play most the time not start learning yet It’s interesting to see how you do homeschool with the kids so I can prepare in future Thanks 😍
What a beautiful family! 😍 I’m a homeschooling Mama also, and my oldest daughter is named Layla! You’re doing such a great job! (Love your husband’s shirt 😆)
We did TGTB for preschool and primer and then for kinder I switched it up. Now in April I’m starting back at square 1 with tgtb again!! It’s been such a relief. It really is a sound curriculum!!! Love it!
LOL I found your channel from old video.. and the one I watched before this you said “I think 2 is good but you never know what god has planned” 🤣 I found that funny 😆 ♥️
You’re doing great and so organized! I have a 3rd grader, kindergartener and 11 week old twins as well! We’re doing a blend of Oak Meadow and the Good and the Beautiful! I definitely need some tips on how you’re managing to keep everything so organized and clean now with two babies in addition!
Haven’t heard from you. I hope you are doing ok. I know babies are not easy easpecially when the go thru their specific “wonder weeks” just wanted to stop by and say you are an awesome mom! Don’t let your kids intimidate you. Sometimes they can be hard but just take everything one day at a time and know your father in heaven is really proud of you!
You are such a strong mama! I have 2 boys 4 years old and 1 year old. I am homeschooling my 4 year old as a kindergarten but sometimes it is really exhausting and sometimes, in reality, I feel lazy. How do you overcome laziness or do you ever felt lazy doing homeschooling?
I love TGTB! I basically do the same thing with my 2 who are school aged. I also add in the new science for little hands and hearts 2x per week and story of the world 2x per week. Mine don't have very long attention spans though so we have to take breaks 😅 and we have to add lots of snacks 🤣
My daughter is advanced for her age. We started level K in March and we are on lesson 81. She often does 2 lessons a day and picks it up fast. I want to keep challenging her. I was wondering if you will stick with current levels or if you plan on trying the new levels coming out?
Does shabaz work from home or is he on a paternity leave? My husband works at a fire station and then a body shop the other time so I usually have all 4 of my kids (5 and under) solo and I’m struggling over here 😩
Thank you Brittany for giving us an insight to your new routine of four, (baby boy is adorable! sure looks like his daddy). I just wanted to ask you how many hours of core work do you do with your eldest. My daughter is six months younger than your oldest and she can only do up to two hours max. She's still not reading though, so we are working on that. Also, how long did it take your little ones to read? (I know everybody is different). My son is only 2.5 but he seems to be highly motivated to read more so than my oldest. Cheers from Australia! and congrats! again on your twins, they are very cute! :)
Hi. You make having four kids, two of which are new Borns so easy. Haha. Love it. I know you mentioned what planner but I did not understand what the name is. Do you mind sharing that again? Thanks 🙏
Hello! Thank you for what you do! I appreciate your videos. My question about the Good and Beautiful is: Do all books have bible versus (per their description)?
