I love David Wilkerson's sermons. He was and still is a true man of GOD. I loved his book the CROSS AND THE SWITCHBLADE and the movie by the same name. GOD has used this man mightily.
I love his preaching. A hard hitter. People don't like this type of preaching. Paul Washer also is a no nonsense preacher. Preaches truth that people don't want to hear because they love their sin more than Jesus.
I saw David Wilkerson BEFORE 1970. His prophecies come TRUE - ALL OF THEM. So how can we think we can water down his message? We can't! All he has preached all these years HAS COME TRUE!we can't question simple truth which HAPPENS TO EVERY DETAIL!

I recieved his written messages, from Times Square Church, since the early 80s. Now his son Gary carries that print ministry forward (just recently I've heard his spoken sermons!) David was a holiness preacher to the very end. He pulled no punches! His ministry helped cement my early Faith. Christian life for many has threads of his sermons woven in there!! The Cross and Swirchblade was one of the first books I read after becoming born again. (1979) also I read Born Again by Chuck Colson. (actually, both books should be read and advocated again) blessings to all who read and heed the Word of God!

All those who are judged by what's written in the books will fall into two categories: those whose works have been in line with what's written and whose names are also in the book of life. The other group will be those whose works fail according to what's written in those books and whose names are not written in the book of life. Death and Sheol are then thrown into the lake of fire...the second death; for all those who were not of ha Mashiach's at his coming remain in death and sheol and the sea. David Pavlenko If people are God's children Why wouldn't satan want to kill us? If satan can cause people to die while in his service there is no longer the threat of repentance Therefore satan must continually deceive because it does not take long to realize you have been sold a shit sandwich.
Satan can try and kill people, but can only succeed at such ONLY if God allows it. If God doesn't allow it, like He didn't allow satan to kill Job, then the same is true with anyone else. God has the ultimate power over all. why does He allow satan to do what he does? He can easily just kill him, but then all the accusations satan has made against the Father and Son will only look to be true. God allows him to do all his evil until what the bible calls the great and terrible day of the Lord (when He returns). Strange statement, but think about it. Great for those who read His word and learned it and prophecy / terrible for those who chose not to follow God (including all the angels that fell with satan, but especially satan -- because they did not repent and turn away from their sins). If you're not following God, then you are following satan. That's all there is to it.

When he mentioned the homosexual bishop saying homosexuality is a gift from God. You hear the shock from the audience. Would we respond like that today? I don’t think so it is so normal now. The war is real and the devil appears to be taking ground.

Preaching door to door will only get you frustrated. Only when the WORD OF GOD is preached through anointed men and women of GOD will people really be saved. It's the anointing that breaks the yolk of the bondage of Satan. People have got to be ready, to be broken and desperate for a SAVIOUR- those we can reach. Like Derek Prince said: Don't counsel people who aren't ready to change. He told them to come back when they are desperate.

Great for those who read His word and learned it and prophecy / terrible for those who chose not to follow God (including all the angels that fell with satan, but especially satan -- because they did not repent and turn away from their sins). Preaching door to door will only get you frustrated. Only when the WORD OF GOD is preached through anointed men and women of GOD will people really be saved. It's the anointing that breaks the yolk of the bondage of Satan. People have got to be ready, to be broken and desperate for a SAVIOUR- those we can reach. Like Derek Prince said: Don't counsel people who aren't ready to change. He told them to come back when they are desperate.
