I will never understand the problem with cabinets which most people on this show find problematic. You just paint them, it will not cost much. Problem solved.
Are you having a tough day and feels like you really need a helping hand? “For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.” Isaiah 41:13
It's beyond me how anyone can afford one home in san Francisco let alone another one in Napa Valley. The second they started talking about their advanced wine pallets I was out. Also WHY do they need a California king, you're like 5'11'' dude... Then when she complained about the fact that there were no plants in the yard?! Fucking go to home depot and buy some goddamned plants. jfc guys.
The 1st one struggled a little bit with curb appeal and needed a lot of work on the inside. Tarek and Christina on HGTV's Flip or Flop could turn that into a gem with about $60-70k but squeezing a 2nd bath out of it might be iffy. But would require interior and exterior reno. The 2nd one is decent. Some ok staging was done. The lawn could be added with a couple grand, but the juggling with the finances might be a challenge. The 3rd one is another issue with only 1 bath and they were looking for 2. Not enough yard space. The staging may have lost the deal on the 3rd one. I am typing all of this before seeing which one they chose. One thing that is a take away for me is that you don't get a lot of bang for your dollar in Napa Valley. Those prices were high for 2 beds.
Damaris Kee I bought a $650k short sale on Marco Island for $230k during housing crash from people like this. After all of their "fun projects" and upgrades to impress others I even got the new furniture they bought.
California home prices are crazy ridiculous, that may be part of the draw also. Thank You, really enjoy House Hunters especially the west coast episodes.
Omg! This guy! He's so whiney. "I want a king bed!"😭 What is he planning to do? Sleep in the bed all day? Who cares the size of the bed if you're vacationing there to enjoy outdoors. And for some reason I really do not see him being the one to do any fixes to the home they choose anyways, so why does he care if it needs some updating?
I haven't watched the full episode yet so i dont know which house they chose, I'm pretty sure they are swingers i mean whoooo buys a house and talks about REQUIRING an extra room for a couples room for when 'couples' come spend the night. They must make pretty well if they can afford to live in San Francisco and plus buy an extra house in California as a retreat. Good for them. Jealous
3:38 Damn, that's a big bell pepper!

oh honey, this is scripted.
Why are they so obsessed with yard games hahaha
Because he's really competitive.
I like Enesto's choice. That house is beautiful.
He is too demanding for my taste. She just goes along with him.

Thanks for your input!
all they care about is getting a house for friends they should worry about them I'm.not gona get a house to make people feel good
I think the case here is more like they want to show off, not necessarily just be accommodating.
Kelli Donovan exactly...so fucking pathetic smh
Damaris Kee

Would love to see the house after the remodel. I think they made the right choice.
I would love to do another show after the remodel as well! We are discussing it!
@@stefrut its 2021 did you do the follow up? If so, I would love to see it.
Yuk some shitty choices for 5-600k....guess it's the location;/
They seem more interested in guests instead of how they will enjoy living there
these people are annoying.
Thank you for watching!
no they are not
Video Summary:
Napa Charm
Contemporary Style
Yard Games
R they buying home for guests or themselves
Their budget is $450k but they're shown a home for nearly $600k?...Huh?
Why don't they convert the additional space in the master bedroom into a suite?
this is exactly how it is when looking for a house! frustrating...
It doesn't have to be but when there is low inventory of homes it can be frustrating.
Omg! This guy! He's so whiney. "I want a king bed!"😭

but I want a KING bed in a juvenile whiney voice....obviously spoiled
The choice was wise, she had a better vision, but damn, with that kind of money, I would’ve invested in a better property in another location.
I also think she's trying to be differcult, what makes some women think they they don't have to compromise sometimes. That first house was perfect.
I meant the second house with the white cabinets.
I would dump the guy and take the house in the divorce
I would take number 3.... but why do people use tile for counters???
WHAT THE FUCK.... THEY COULD HAVE MOVED TO LAS VEGAS FOR 400,000 K .....
very cool
LOL air mattress where’s The Cali King....
Rich people and their Napa fantasies...Wish I was them! lol
Janelle Sadler
They aren't rich.
Just keeping up with the Joneses.
What a Crybaby that dude is😢😒
Make the gas station move.
Gotta have gas
415 K. Good grief. A house like that (here) goes for about 75K to 125K.
Just curious, which state?
Huge back yard 😂😂😂 it's smaller then an Australian estate houses back yard
He really didn't want a fixer upper, but she got what she wanted.
Second house....rent it for $300 a night? Sounds good but there is a lot of work and risk involved in renting out.
Napa is beautiful but I would not want to live there (or even vacation)... it's more like a weekend trip type of place. I go there for fruit.
13:34 Can anyone tell me that episode? love it
This episode is described as San Francisco but the buyers purchased in Napa, CA.
That is an old ugly house👎😕
They are boring

Girl, I thought rhe same by the way he is so excited and wanted as fast as he could
Sorry but some Americans are so spoilt.
It's their money and if they can find a home that fits all of their wants and needs, why not?
Patricia Rost imgine when their ancestors landed fob... Its a robbed land, shameless filths..
Rtf
Re-al-tor not re-la-tor...😩 drives me nuts
wouldnt it be cheaper to build a home in California.... especially picky people.?
Frida khalo probably more expensive
Napa charm doesnt bring any functional to the house. Just a charm. Omg 🤦♀️🤦♀️
