Kirstie and Phil, you are both just the bee's knees. Good listeners, skillful property finders, and savvy bargainers -- plus a total joy to spend time with.
Love each episode with it's comradery and laughs. Phil and Kirstie are both attentive, knowledgeable and practical. They have the strategies, insights, sympathy, negotiating skills and directness necessary to help buyers find what they want and need. The house hunters are always lovey people - no silly drama.
Loving the two properties Kirstie has shown Lauren. Property 2 is really nice, but that kitchen would be EXHAUSTING!! The kitchen should have been in an L, going under the front window. That would have left a wider, more comfortable space for living and dining areas. It is too bad she did not get it. Still, she best be moving quickly as prices are rising. That means each month, unless she tops up the deposit, she can afford slightly less flat. Still, she has her head on, so I'm sure she will get what she wants I really like all 3 of the houses Phil has shown. Twenty's houses tend to have nice space and layouts, and they have seen some corkers. House 3 is a real gem. Size, space, and simple decoration over time. I'm so pleased for them that they were able to get the house she really wanted. Yes, it needs decorating, but it is not unfit to live in. Besides, with family nearby, it won't take that long. Extend the rental for an extra month and get the paint and supplies going. Get friends in. Ceilings and trim on Saturday, walls on Sunday, start moving in on Monday. With enough people it can be done that quickly. Other upgrades can be done over time. Lovely home well bought.
Love this show. Glad they got the right house for their family. The other house with the loft bedroom would be difficult with twins 4 months old on a different floor. Imo
Stunning aerial views! Paternoster and surrounds is such a rare natural beauty! The bolders make one think about how they got there… As expected, a great vlog! Thanks
I’m thoroughly enjoying this programme. Especially love Phil and Kirsties banter plus admire their knowledge and professionalism. Great show. ❤️👩🏻🦳🇬🇧🇦🇺
Beautiful Guilford - I stayed there for a couple of days back in 2005 - had to prolong my stay because of the terrorist attack up in London. Love Surrey - love from Denmark ❤❤
Arrrg! The second house for the twin family would have been aces. (Haven't seen #3 yet, but I feel strongly so here I am). The house was spacious and the floor plan brilliant. In 3 or 4 years when the twins were more independent they could make it what they want w color and conveniences and be set til the little nippers were off to college.
That second house that the couple looked at! I cannot believe the sellers did not tidy up or put away personal items and clutter. Not leaving a very good impression. Yuck!
She wants it all! Lauren hasn't seen that place 10mins from her home since she was 0 because it was probably classed as poor. She probably needs to stop drinking given she's had cancer.
Wow how mean you are; no empathy for her shocking diagnosis! I hope you never get a serious illness. I don't advocate drinking, because I personally have never drunk, really, in my life, but ,maybe that was a little bit of help. she's not an alcoholic ,but, maybe a drink or two helped her! Yes, she should just rely on faith. who are you to judge?
I love Phil and Kirstie, but please get her out of those rufflly, fussy, flouncy old lady dresses. The scarves do nothing to camouflage anything and just add to the fussiness. Phil's attire, aside from the missing jacket button and tear in the side seam of his pants (S39 E4), is still sharp and attractive and gets better each year. They are both such lovely people, great chemistry and camaraderie, spot-on commentary on the pros and cons of each property, and excellent advice on needs vs. wants presented in a professional manner. Love the show, fix Kirstie's wardrobe, it detracts from the show.
Oh I was just looking through the credits to see who provides Kirstie's wardrobe! I love her look! It matches her personality! I say let her be herself! She is stunning!
I love this series. I don’t want to think of Phil retiring as he and Kirsty have such wonderful camaraderie! It makes the show so enjoyable.

🍀Eksately my thoughts. Well said👍🏼🍀
Gorgeous homes! Lovely buyers! Always something to learn from Kirstie and Phil - who are so much fun to watch!
You can't retire, Phil!
Always love the venues they choose for a glass of wine with their clients! Would like to make them my agents just for that.

That’s exactly what I thought too.

aaaggggg Kirstie and Phil mentioned RETIREMENT no no no... none of that talk! Not now and not in 2or3 years times.....
Phil and Kirstie are priceless. I'd come to Britain just to buy a house with them, just to meet them and have a drink and a laugh in pub with them!
I really love all the houses in this episode 😍
Great episode, thanks!

Good lord she just had twins and she got her figure back.
Any revisit episode for this pair? Would love to see the twins all grown up

OK. #3 was very nice.
Is that a greenhouse in backyard of first home shown to couple with twins?

Eleanor and Laurence have great teeth!
How many adults that you know wear pigtails??
3 million
So now Phil is 1.5 years away from retirement.
It’s always very difficult? It’s their jobs
Is it common in Britain to have a full bath on ground floor away from the bedrooms?
In some small terraced houses yes , but it’s not the norm
"The feels". 😃
Phil's warn his suits out., he needs new clothes.
😮
Sic
I'd love to know her reasons for working from home..... mental health ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Working from home is normal, now, after COVID-19, it has nothing to do with mental health.

😂 you need help
Best bet for her figure
What scarf?? She always looks stunning! She encourages me to smarten up a bit😊
