Oh my god........this is so beautiful and smoothing.......I adore his perfect, flawless performance, I myself am a flute player and I never saw such a fitting and perfectly done performance like he does. He is one of the most talented flute players I ever saw.
A live performance, by a chamber orchestra, of this (barely) pre-Impressionist masterpiece: What a privilege it is to get to watch this... ...as it is, also, every time I get to listen to this composition. I am reminded by, and astonished by, yet again, the way that Faure's prescient harmonic-genius anticipates, by decades, the discoveries that Ellington and Gershwin will make.
I remember playing this for my grade 5 flute...loved it from the off and i still play it often. It relaxes you while you play or listen...and is a pleasure to play also.
I'm playing this for repertory orchestra in music school. It is a very beautiful piece, and if I played flute I would definitely make this one of my favorite pieces. Well done!

I respect all parts of the orchestra, but the harp is 110% the best bit. It isn't the most complex part, but getting the feel of it and the character in there is what makes it absolutely beautiful.
After 10+ years of not playing flute, I looked up Sicilienne after reminiscing about it and I've got to say this is even more beautiful than I remember! It's very well played, I don't know if I could ever reproduce it as well as he did.

곧 지나가버릴 순간들에 어울리는 곡.. 어떤 기억을 불러일으키는 향수같은 음악들이 있는데, 이 곡을 들으면 그 시간의 장면과 알 수 없는 묘한 느낌이 다시 그립게 피어나는 것만 같다.
저는 kbs 아침에 뉴스시작하기전에 방송편성표 넘어갈때 들었는데 너무 좋아서 몇년동안 찾았어요. 그 방송편성표 나올 때의 장면이 석양이 지는 바다였는데 음악을 들을 때마다 그 장면 오버랩되네요. 잔잔한듯하지만 매우 깊이 닿아서 심금 긁고가네요.
